But Stacy, remember that the federal reserve is no longer the federal reserve. Yes the name is the same, but not the entity. brand new notes with Trump’s signature discovered today and they still show federal reserve on them.

Here’s What You Need to Know RE: Fed-Treasury Accord 2.0 Watch this excerpt from our October 2, 2026, weekly Around the Horn webcast to learn why we believe Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, Fed Chair Warsh, and Treasury Advisor David Zervos are likely working to establish greater coordination between the US monetary and fiscal authorities. A Fed-Treasury Accord 2.0 may feature Fed RMP as unlimited funding for TGA-funded buybacks in defense of the Fed's congressionally mandated third objective: moderate long-term interest rates.

Clive Thompson, a Financial Advisor says US Treasury could push gold to $15k/oz, revalue their massive reserves like they did in 1934 from $20 to $35, swap gold notes with the Fed, wipe trillions in debt without losing the gold.

Are Bessent, Warsh, and Zervos Cooking Up a Fed-Treasury Accord 2.0? This morning, Darius Dale joined Taylor Riggs, CFA on FOX Business to explain why rising Treasury yields may force greater coordination between the Fed and Treasury, and potentially produce a “Fed-Treasury Accord 2.0.” While bond-market pressure creates near-term risks, the resulting policy response could support a much more constructive market outlook in 2027 and 2028. Caitlin Long says the Fed's anti-crypto stance handed Treasury the power to dominate it "There's no question Treasury is taking a lot more power from the Fed. And one of the most interesting things that happened in the last few weeks was Treasury taking the power to recognize foreign stablecoins." "Typically that would be the Fed, because they manage the eurodollar market through central bank swap lines and the like. They basically get to say, operationally, who gets access to the Fed's balance sheet through swap lines for foreign central banks." "But what Treasury did was say: we get to say which foreign stablecoins can come onshore into the US. So Treasury just dominated the Fed, by saying we get to tell the Fed which foreign stablecoins they're going to have to accept through central banks." "That's just another data point that Treasury is dominating the Fed. But step back and think about it, the Fed's anti-crypto, anti-tokenization. So the Fed created that opportunity for Bessent to dominate the Fed, because of its own intransigence about tokenization technologies."
