Common sense questions from @SecScottBessent: 1. If tariffs are so bad, why do other countries use them? 2. If Americans are going to end up paying for them ("tariffs are just taxes on Americans"), why do other countries care if America charges tariffs?

None of these people understand tariffs.. America is a reserve currency, they can print to solve their deficits. Tariffs are a major source of US dollars for countries to shore up their foreign reserves. They can’t print dollars like the US. I could go on and on..
