I couldn't agree more. My relationship with exercise changed completely when I decided to exercise every day. No more procrastinating, no more doubting if I really want to do it or not. I just do it. AND I don't feel guilty if I skip one from time to time. Very insightful advice.

I say six days a week. Lots of reasons while having a day off from exercise is worthwhile.
