Apologies For The Long Post 🙏 Beaten Brutally With 50 plus Laathis 8 years ago, in breaking breaths, with Traumatic Brain Injuries, brain matter oozing out, bleeding, injured on whole body,,that's how #streetdog Chotu reached my home on fateful night of 29 April 2017 💔 Everyone said he will not make it as Chotu was in coma for months even after treatment & surgeries. Not losing hope, I kept talking with Chotu, calling his name every few minutes, reminding him to come back to my voice. And Lord, after weeks of sleepless nights, Chotu responded back to me with a clear eye contact & a small wag of tail! That was that then, the #miracledog had pulled through & spent 8 happy years with me & his Canine rescue siblings. Today, his TBI has caused serious neuroinflammation across his brain & nasal cavity. The boy is in pain & is constantly remembering his 8 year old beating as if it's happening at this very moment 😢😢 Chotus treatment is ongoing & we are going to get his MRI & rhinoplasty scheduled as soon as we can. Help me fight another life battle with Chotu, the first time I did it on my own, but now there are 170 plus beings dependent on me, so you are my only hope 🙏 Donate Via UPI at 8810309001@kotak or via link in our bio ♥️ Dog Bless 🙌 #greaternoida #rescueanimals #dogs #devotion #adoptdontshop #dogsofinstagram #rescuedogs

After a year of intensive research, Dr. William Makis presents the most crucial graph of his career: the ivermectin dosing schedule for cancer. Dr. Makis recommends a starting dose of 1mg per kg of body weight per day for most cancers, including breast, colon, lung, pancreatic, renal, gastric, and leukemias. For a 60kg individual, this translates to 60mg daily, which can be taken as: - Five 12mg pills - Or 6ml of liquid (approximately one teaspoon plus 1ml) The evidence supporting the efficacy of ivermectin is compelling and dose-dependent. - Dr. Shankara Chetty observed a significant drop in a prostate cancer patient’s PSA from 89 to 11 after taking 45mg/day. - Dr. Tess Lawry’s case study showed a remarkable decrease in CA125 (an ovarian cancer marker) from 288 to 22 after just 0.2mg/kg. - A long-term Castro study on children with leukemia demonstrated no side effects after 6 months at a dose of 1mg/kg. For aggressive cancers like pancreatic and brain cancers, a higher dose may be necessary due to the blood-brain barrier. Dr. Makis cites examples: - Dr. Landrito’s colleague with terminal gallbladder cancer experienced the disappearance of cancer after 14 months at a dose of 2mg/kg/day. - The highest documented dose is 2.5mg/kg, as reported by Dr. Chetty, with only transient visual side effects that resolved. Mainstream oncology is unlikely to offer this treatment due to ivermectin’s generic, off-patent status and unprofitable nature. Consequently, there are no funded clinical trials. Dr. Makis concludes that using ivermectin in cancer treatment is straightforward and highly safe. He strongly suggests that those struggling with cancer should start with a dose of 1mg/kg/day. This can be taken for several months, even over a year, with an excellent safety profile based on long-term anecdotal evidence. The power to fight cancer may already be within your reach.

Ok so treatment has begun here at Auragens. First day I’m getting stem cells via IV, these cells are from an umbilical chord, so basically Day One cells that haven’t been programmed yet, is how it was explained to me and the wild thing is the cells know where to go in your body to attack inflammation and injuries. Wifey getting stem cell facials and IVs for anti-aging. I am also having exosomes in a nebulizer for brain health. GOD knows I need all the help I can get with that. During this trip I will have a tuneup in my left shoulder, which needs a MAJOR surgery and I treated with stem cells right before season for pain management to get me through season until i have time for surgery this offseason Also I’m doing a veryyy cutting edge procedure this time where i will go under anesthesia and they will inject stem cells directly into my discs. I’ve have multiple, multiple, multiple ruptures and herniations over the years from training NFL players and fighters in MMA. Couple years ago was supposed to get either a three-level fusion or a rod inserted into my back. That would have changed my life forever and something I’m not prepared for. But right before my scheduled fusion, I threw up a Hail Mary, came down here for stem cell treatment, got the cells and i couldn’t believe it but shortly after treatment I was actually pain-free! I couldn’t believe it. I went to NFL training camp shortly after and people around the league actually noticed a difference in how i was standing and moving and not constantly trying to stretch and do things I used to do for pain relief. Shortly after I actually CANCELLED my surgery!!! My MRI is still completely disgusting so may need a surgery in future but I’ve bought 2 years without a surgery as a result of these stem cells and hoping this procedure I’m doing down here this time gives me many many more years. I’m hopeful. Hope is a great thing to have. Will keep ya updated how it’s going. If you want info on this DM Percy Knox Jr not me! lol. He knows more about it than I do! Btw going from here and beauty of Panama right to #nflcombine where it starts up allll over again. NFL never ends #stemcell #therapy #backpain #stemcelltreatment #panama #panamacity

Baby Wilkie, just 230g, was dying of starvation. Hypothermia is a stage of dying where the blood is redirected to the vital organs, to keep them going as long as possible, leaving the rest of the body feeling cold. Tarmac holds the sun's heat longer than soil or grass so baby Wilkie, desperate for a little warmth, dragged himself onto the only tarmac he could find. The main A30 road. His finder saw cars driving over him, and so thought he was dead and carried on. But the tragic sight nagged at him, so at the next village he turned around and went back, stopped, scooped baby Wilkie up, and was surprised to find him still alive and undamaged by all the cars travelling over him. He was in an extremely poor condition when he arrived here, but two hours after being given emergency treatment and fluids, little Wilkie was up. I always find this first meal so touching, imagining what they must feel to have as much good food as they want, after starving for so long. As you can see, eating takes priority, even over fear of human presence (and some mad woman snatching up a poo hot off the press).😁 The poo sample I took from him here in this clip, and looked at under the microscope, shows this poor little boy is also full of lungworm. PLEASE put out some dry kitten biscuits and water for these poor starving babies, who are around now. Wilkie is emaciated and in a very serious condition. But he's in the right place now, safe and warm and receiving all the right treatment.

A must-watch for every parent: President Trump delivers a crucial and heartfelt warning about childhood vaccine schedules, sharing a tragic story that underscores the urgent need for reform. In a powerful address, the President outlined clear, common-sense recommendations to protect our children, emphasizing that these measures have "no downside." His key directives for parents: ➡️ BREAK UP THE SHOTS: Do not allow multiple vaccines to be administered in a single visit. Spread them out over 4 or 5 separate appointments to prevent overwhelming a baby's "delicate little body." ➡️ SPLIT THE MMR VACCINE: Administer the Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) vaccine as individual shots, not as a combined dose, citing long-standing concerns about the combination. ➡️ ABSOLUTELY NO TYLENOL: Do not give Tylenol to infants after vaccinations or during pregnancy. He states this practice is dangerously common and linked to severe adverse reactions. President Trump shared the harrowing story of a former employee whose perfectly healthy, vibrant son developed a catastrophic fever (107-108°F) after a vaccination, leaving him severely disabled. He revealed he has witnessed similar tragedies multiple times, calling it "artificially induced." He directly connected the current childhood vaccine schedule to the skyrocketing autism rate, questioning why we've gone from 1 in 20,000 cases to an alarming 1 in 10 or 1 in 32. He vowed that solving this crisis is his "number one" priority, stating it is more important than economic victories like tax cuts or taming inflation. "This means everything," he declared. "We're going to save a lot of children from a tough life."

This is the moment we all hope and pray for - after the casualty has been resuscitated, given subcutaneous fluids and first aid, and left to sleep, will they revive? This dear little hoglet is Pilgrim. He was found out on a lawn today in the bitter storm, dead cold. He weighs just 127g. That's about the weight of 2 Christmas cards. Like all babies being admitted now his frail little body is emaciated. Unless these babies are lucky enough to find a garden that provides food, they starve, and are overwhelmed by parasites they have no strength to fight. Dear little Pilgrim has a long journey ahead of him, but these are his very first steps into that new life. See how he's never eaten from a dish before? How he eagerly bites the edge, because he can smell it's food, but doesn't yet know the dish isn't part of it? I doubt he's eaten anything since leaving mum. His poo had no food in it, just stomach-lining mucus and some deadly fluke eggs. Please put a dish of kitten biscuits out for these poor starving babies tonight. You'll be a lifesaver. And if you see babies this small out now, please get them to a rescue for treatment urgently. I'm still injured I'm afraid (torn bicep muscle) so will be referring this dear baby on to Jo, at Pricklelodge, where he will get the best care and treatment. You can follow Pilgrim's progess at Prickle Lodge - Hedgehog Rescue. If you want to help with Pilgrim's medicines and supplies, here are the links: Amazon wishlist: Donations:

jihoon’s sleep paralysis is so bad that he went in and out of it more than 10 times during his massage today :( he couldnt even sleep and get some rest even if he had the time to :( i feel so bad :( 🐶 right after I got back to Korea, I went to get a massage. while I was getting the massage, I ended up getting sleep paralysis. 🐶 u know how it is, right? when you get sleep paralysis, you wake up - fall asleep - get sleep paralysis - wake up - fall asleep - boom sleep paralysis. over and over. u know you’re trapped in that cycle, but you can’t escape it because you’re so tired that you keep falling back asleep 🐶 im like “ah im probably gonna get sleep paralysis again” but at the same time you think, “maybe this round will be different” 🐶 but no, I got sleep paralysis so many times. I seriously got stuck in an endless loop. I was trying so hard to snap out of it, like moving around and struggling, and then when I finally woke up, the massage therapist was like 👩🏻 oh? are you okay? is this position uncomfortable for you? 🐶 so I pretended it was that and went “ah yeah im okimokimok” 🐶 then I fell asleep again, and it happened again. I’d move around, wake up, and they’d ask me if im okay. i say yes. this happened like three or four times. 🐶 then later they put something warm on me. but when they did, I suddenly got kind of scared because I was already in that weird state, so I asked, “how long does this stay on for?” and they said about 7 minutes. by then I’d already had sleep paralysis like four times in a row. every time it happened, i’d wake up - sleep paralysis - wake up - sleep paralysis just over and over. 🐶 anyway, after it was all done 👩🏻 does your body feel okay now? 🐶 oh yeah yeah my body feels great. yes yes I think I feel really good 🐶 my manager said he could give me a ride, but since the other hyungs had just gotten back to Korea too, I was like, “no everyone go home and rest. its Sunday anyway, I’ll go by myself.” 🐶 so I was dragging myself home thinking, “should I just lie down and sleep right here on the street?” but it was so hot today, and the back of my neck was burning from the heat. I pulled myself together and got home. 🐶 honestly, I was planning to sleep. I thought I’d sleep for like three hours after getting home, but I just couldn’t fall asleep. And seriously, this is torture. the suffering of insomnia is real. people who can actually sleep when they want to sleep are seriously amazing. 🐶 I really tried today. I turned on the styler, lay there with my eyes closed for like forty minutes, but in the end I couldn’t sleep. so I was like, “okay if it’s gonna be like this, i’ll just start a livestream! okay”

Dr David Morris exposes Cortisone shots are used a revenue generator by Big Pharma He reveals they are a scam and “designed to fail” “Here's something orthopedists know, but they're not gonna tell you. And yes, I'm being a little bit cynical here, but cortisone shots are designed to fail. Not by accident, they're designed that way. When you get a cortisone injection, it works for a few weeks or a few months. The pain goes away. You think it's healing, but cortisone doesn't heal anything. It's a powerful anti-inflammatory. That temporarily suppresses the pain signals. Meanwhile, it's actively degrading, it's actively breaking down the tissue. Look this up, don't take my word for it. Cartilage, tendons, ligaments actively being degraded. So when the cortisone wears off, your joint is actually worse than before. The pain can come back stronger. What happens then? Well, then your doctor gives you another shot. After 3 or 4 shots, the cartilage is so degraded that conservative treatment isn't working anymore. Now you're a surgical candidate. This is exactly what the business model requires. Your orthopedist isn't trying to heal your joint with cortisone. He's buying time until you're bad enough to operate on, because that's when he gets paid the most. Again, I'm being cynical, I know that, but it's so frustrating to me” Here’s what you should do “Compare that to regenerative medicine. When we inject Wharton's jelly or PRP, platelet-rich plasma, we're triggering a healing response. Growth factors, cytokines, signaling molecules that tell your body to repair tissue and build new collagen. It takes longer, it costs more upfront, but you're actually healing. We're not just masking symptoms while the problem accelerates towards surgery” “So if your orthopedist recommends another cortisone shot, ask him, what's the plan after this stops working? Because if the answer is surgery, he's not treating you, he's preparing you” He’s 100% right Cortisone shots repeated use is linked to: - Tissue degradation - Cartilage thinning and accelerated osteoarthritis progression - Tendon weakening or rupture - Bone death, joint infection, skin atrophy, and faster joint deterioration So what are the real treatment options? I found those too PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma): Uses your own blood’s concentrated growth factors to stimulate repair, collagen production, and reduce inflammation. Studies often show better long-term pain relief and function (6–12+ months) compared to cortisone, fewer risks of tissue breakdown Wharton’s Jelly (Umbilical Cord MSCs): Contains mesenchymal stem cells, growth factors, and anti-inflammatory components from donated umbilical cords. Early evidence suggests it can help with pain, mobility, and tissue repair in joints Our healthcare system isn’t about fixing you, it’s about long term customers and repeated treatments

A student shot and killed his woman classmate at a college in #Punjab’s #TarnTaran district on Monday before turning the gun on himself. The shooting was captured on the classroom's CCTV camera. The incident occurred at Mai Bhago Law College in #Usma. The shooter was identified as #PrinceRaj, a resident of #Mallian village, while the woman was identified as #SandeepKaur, of Naushehra Pannuan. Kaur died on the spot, while Prince Raj is critical and undergoing treatment, a senior police official said. CCTV footage shows Prince Raj walking into the classroom with a bag slung over his back. He approaches Kaur and another woman classmate, speaking briefly with them. The three then move to seats at the back of the classroom and continued talking. Moments later, the video shows Prince Raj abruptly standing up and opening his bag with his back to the two women. He pulls out a gun, turns around and shoots Kaur point-blank. Kaur collapses to the floor as the other classmate recoils in shock. Prince Raj then puts the gun to his temple and fires, crumpling to the ground. Students inside the classroom can be seen panicking and running out of the room immediately after the shots were fired, the footage shows. A senior police official said the incident transpired just as classes were about to begin. Sandeep Kaur's body was sent for post-mortem. The motive behind the shooting was not immediately known. Senior police officials said footage from CCTV cameras is being examined as part of the investigation. Sandeep Kaur's mother questioned how Prince Raj was allowed to walk into the college with a gun. She demanded the strictest action be taken against him. Further details are awaited.

My entire SSRI series in one video. What doctors never tell you about SSRI withdrawal. Chris Masterjohn, PhD, Founder and Scientific Director of explains why SSRI withdrawal is mitochondrial dysfunction and what to do about it. This is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 29 million Americans and about 5-10% of the world's population are on SSRIs, which have become the first-line treatment of depression. These can cause sexual dysfunction and emotional blunting in up to half of people, an unclear incidence of sleep disruption, and a rare risk of suicidality, self-harm, and new-onset psychosis. On the other hand, 20-50% of people who go off experience SSRI discontinuation syndrome. This can involve irritability, anxiety, mood problems, crying, dread, suicidal ideation, insomnia, nightmares, excessive dreaming, lethargy, fatigue, headache, tremor, sweating, anorexia, flu-like symptoms, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, pain, numbness, tingling, feeling like something is crawling on the skin, electric shocks running through the brain or body, rushing noises, visual traces (seeing something persist when it is no longer there, or seeing moving objects leaving illusory streaks of light behind them, etc), dizziness, light-headedness, "brain zaps," vertigo, confusion, difficulty concentrating, amnesia, genital hypersensitivity, and premature ejaculation. A closely related problem is post-SSRI sexual dysfunction (PSSD), which can cause total inability to feel the penis for males or for females the genitals and nipples, loss of sexual pleasure, weak orgasms, decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, and premature ejaculation. PSSD is often associated with general anhedonia, apathy, and poor mood. In this video, I maintain that the reason there are no good solutions to these problems is because we have completely misunderstood the role of serotonin and SSRIs. Serotonin's role is to help mitochondria adapt to changing demands for oxygen-based energy production. SSRIs enhance some of the mechanisms, and interfere with others. They enter the cell and stimulate independent mechanisms of mitochondrial stress adaptation, but in doing so they turn a cyclical and rhythmic pathway into a constantly stimulated one, creating mitochondrial dependence and making mitochondria vulnerable to new-onset dysfunction upon withdrawal. Once they make it to the mitochondria itself, the SSRIs act as mitochondrial toxins. Scientific references for everything can be found in the series on my web site. 0:30 SSRI Side Effects 1:00 SSRI Discontinuation Syndrome and PSSD 11:33 The Problem With Primary Care Doctors and Psychiatrists 14:56 The Reason We Don’t Have Good Solutions Is Because We Don’t Understand the Problem 16:22 Prozac Is a Performance-Enhancing Drug 18:40 Depression and Altitude 19:36 The Truth About Serotonin 25:10 How Serotonin Helps Us Breathe 30:05 Hypoxia Explains Why Serotonin Is So Abundant In the Gut 33:55 Serotonin, Melatonin, and the Mitochondria 35:50 Serotonin and Light 39:25 Intermittent Hypobaric Hypoxia Training 42:56 SSRIs Are Whole-Body, Primarily Non-Brain, Non-Neuronal, Mitochondrial Drugs 44:00 SSRIs and Birth Defects 46:37 SSRIs Deplete Serotonin 48:50 SSRIs Distort the Sigma-1 Receptor From a Cyclical to a Constant Activation 51:10 Different SSRIs Promote Different Ratios of Mitophagy and Mitochondrial Biogenesis 54:00 Going Off SSRIs Causes New-Onset Mitochondrial Dysfunction 58:30 Slow and Parabolic Tapers 1:02:10 What to Do About SSRI Withdrawal Mitochondrial Dysfunction Do You Have Hidden Mitochondrial Dysfunction? Stabbed, Slaughtered, and Left Bleeding for a Car Engine: A Sudanese Boy’s Testimony Against the UAE-Backed Rapid Support Militia The testimony of a Sudanese boy and his father reveals one of the most horrific forms of violence inflicted on civilians in Sudan by the UAE-backed Rapid Support Militia. It is the account of a boy who was stabbed, had his throat cut, and was left bleeding through the night during a looting attack whose objective, according to his father, was to steal a car engine. The testimony was shared in an interview conducted by Ayman for Sudan, as part of his documentation of the stories of Sudanese civilians affected by the war. The boy says members of the militia stabbed him several times, until his intestines came out of his abdomen. They then began cutting him with a knife to check whether he was still alive. When they found that he still had some life in him, they ran the knife across his neck before leaving him on the ground between life and death. His survival itself became part of the horror. He remained lying in the open from night until morning, bleeding heavily and unable to breathe normally after the knife wound to his throat. In his testimony, the boy says: “I was lying on the ground from 11 o’clock until the morning. The ground was cold, and I was bleeding heavily. I could only breathe through my throat.” Later, his father was told that the driver had been killed and that his son had been taken to Al-Awafi Hospital after being stabbed three times. When the father arrived at the hospital, he found a scene no father could ever forget: his son on the treatment bed, his abdomen open, his intestines outside his body, and the doctor trying to save his life. The boy could not speak normally. According to his father, his voice was coming from the wound in his throat, and he had to support his head with his hand because of the severity of the injury to his neck. Yet he opened his eyes and gestured to his father that he was still alive. The father’s testimony adds another shocking detail to the brutality of the crime. The motive, according to his account, was to seize the car’s engine. The boy’s life, and the lives of those with him, meant nothing before the militia’s desire to loot a piece of a vehicle. The father says the objective was clear: “The objective was the engine of this car.” This testimony opens a window onto a broader pattern of violations, humiliation, torture, looting, and killing that has followed the UAE-backed Rapid Support Militia across wide areas of Sudan. Behind every number in this war, there is a face. Behind every statistic, there is a family. Behind every cold phrase such as “civilian casualties” or “violations,” there is a story like Adam’s: a boy stabbed until his intestines came out, his neck cut, left bleeding through the night, then forced to survive a cruelty no boy should ever know. Thousands of Sudanese families carry similar wounds, some visible on their bodies, others buried in memory. Villages, homes, markets, hospitals, and roads have all become scenes of terror. The pattern repeats again and again: civilians are attacked, property is looted, bodies are violated, and survivors are left to tell the world what happened to them. The testimony of Adam and his father should not pass as another painful clip in a long war. It is testimony against a militia that treats civilian life as worthless. It is a reminder that Sudan’s suffering is not abstract. It has names, voices, wounds, fathers waiting in hospitals, and boys trying to breathe through torn throats. The world cannot continue to speak about Sudan in cold diplomatic language while such testimonies are being told. The UAE-backed Rapid Support Militia has left behind a long trail of testimonies demanding accountability, not silence. Adam survived, but his survival itself became testimony. His wounds speak for thousands who were tortured, slaughtered, displaced, or silenced forever. This is what Sudanese civilians are facing. This is what must be named. This is what must never become normal. #Sudan #RSFisTerroristOrganization #UAEKillsSudanesePeople #UAESponsorsTerrorism

Migraine Headaches...85% Of Sufferers Are Clinically Deficient In Sodium. Gary Brecka The Unrelenting Debilitating Pounding Of A Migraine Headache Is Your Body Crying Out For Minerals. You Don't Need Big Pharma Drugs, You Need The 80+ Trace Minerals In Unrefined Mineral Salt. Restoring The Sodium Gradient Within The Dura Involves Using Unrefined Mineral Sea Salt For Treatment & Future Prevention Of Migraine Headaches: Why Sea Salt?...This natural salt contains 80+ trace minerals, including potassium & magnesium, in the right ratio that the body needs. Bleached table salt is toxic to the body, which is also what is used in all packaged & processed foods. Table salt contains ferrocyanide, byproducts of chlorine, & aluminum in the form of Sodium Silicoaluminate which is used as an anti-caking agent. And some table salt contains sugar in the form of dextrose. Table salt creates a terrible imbalance within the body & does not hydrate the cell. Salt & Migraine...A study from 2015 found that 99.5% of 650 participants became migraine free after increasing mineral salt & adopting a low carbohydrate ketogenic, animal based, seed oil free diet. Research as far back as the 1950s shows that migraineurs have an imbalance of sodium & minerals. Big Pharma already knows this, as a number of anti-seizure & antidepressant medications that regulate sodium channels are used to prevent migraines. Which is another reason to use mineral salt therapy to naturally regulate sodium channels as a drug free alternative. Co-Existing Conditions...Migraine sufferers are 3.5 times as likely to also suffer from hypothyroidism, adding another need for correct salt intake. 3 Ways To Restore The Sodium Gradient & Become Migraine Free. Most Migraines Start In The Morning, When Dehydration Is At Its Peak After Sleeping All Night. 1st Morning Routine For Sea Salt Therapy: #1...Place 1/2 teaspoon of unrefined sea salt under the tongue for sublingual bloodstream absorption. Let dissolve completely, then immediately follow with 16oz of water for proper hydration within the cell wall. #2...Add 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt to 16oz of water & stir to dissolve, then drink immediately. #3...Make salt sole water. In a glass quart jar with lid, fill 1/4 of the jar with unrefined sea salt, then add water to fill, cover with lid & allow to dissolve overnight. When fully dissolved, add more salt & allow another 12 hours. The sole water is considered 'ready & fully saturated' when some of the salt is still undissolved. Add 1 teaspoon of the solution to 8oz of water 1st thing every morning. Let me know in the comments if you would like the link to the sea of cortez salt I used to heal from migraine headaches years ago. This salt has the highest mineral content of all unrefined mineral salts which is why my headaches & leg cramps ended when I stopped other unrefined celtic salts & switched to this particular sea salt. Benefits of mineral salt for everyone... *⃣ Salt detoxes Bromide, Fluoride & Chloride from the Thyroid gland & human tissue, enabling absorption of Iodine thus thyroid hormone production and utilisation. *⃣ Improves cell’s ability to uptake water into their intracellular environment where it is needed. Without adequate levels of salt in the diet water tends to sit in the extracellular environment (outside cells) leading to ‘fluid retention’ and increased urination with water intake. *⃣ Allows cells to detoxify intracellular waste. Cells are mini-factories that make energy and other essential chemicals to run your body & there are by-products that need to be efficiently removed, salt improves osmolality & enables more efficient detoxification. *⃣ Improves nutrient uptake by cells. Due to improved osmolality, the cell can allow nutrients in, enabling it to function more efficiently, this improves energy levels & general functioning of the whole body. *⃣ Mineral salt enables the electrical systems within the body to operate efficiently, salt is an electrolyte meaning it conducts electricity, the heart, nervous system & brain require a saline solution to function. *⃣ Salt reduces adrenal fatigue & stress. Stress causes a drop in aldosterone production by the adrenal glands. This mineralocorticoid tells the kidneys to reabsorb sodium that passes through them, increasing the amount held in the body. 👇Migraine Relieved Thru Salt Induction👇 👇Comorbidity Of Migraine & Hypothyroidism👇 👇Salt & Water Balance In Remission Of Migraine👇 Speaker: Gary Brecka

Long Post: Happy Birthday Cameron Green The world almost never saw Cameron Green. But here he is, standing tall at 198 cm, both literally and in spirit... Before he could even take his first steps, life had already thrown him into a fight. Diagnosed with stage-two chronic kidney disease before birth, doctors once told his parents he might not live beyond the age of 12. Weekly hospital visits, constant ultrasounds, and strict dietary routines were as much a part of his childhood as his love for the game... While most players focus on tackling the opposition, Green often had to battle his own body; pushing through frequent cramps caused by his chronic kidney condition while still standing tall at the crease... And yet, the boy who was expected to remain small grew into a giant. Not just in height, but in heart, hunger, and humility... He never asked for special treatment. In fact, most around him didn’t even know about his condition. Not even Justin Langer, who had known him since he was 15. Green just kept showing up. Quietly, consistently, determinedly... From becoming the youngest player to take a five-wicket haul in the Sheffield Shield to rebuilding himself into a reliable middle-order batter after injuries, Cameron Green’s journey is one of resilience and evolution... Since 2021, while batting in the middle order, he has scored 1143 Test runs at average of 39.4. That average climbs to an impressive 46 in outside home Tests. Many seasoned specialist batters have struggled to maintain even a 35 average during this same period... His bowling average of 34 during this period might not grab headlines at first glance, but it's actually better than that of Mohammad Siraj and Ben Stokes over the same timeframe... He is averaging close to 40 with bat in ODIs as well, and his T20 strike rate is touching 150, which is hard to believe for someone who once stitched a 116-run partnership for the last wicket with Josh Hazlewood on a green top, and went on to produce one of the finest innings of recent times with a masterful 174*. This is the same cricketer who fearlessly counterattacked the spinners of Pakistan and Sri Lanka on his very first away tour, delivering back-to-back crucial innings in Lahore and Galle to help Australia win two consecutive Tests in Asia... With the ball, he returned a bowling average of 15.7 in his first Ashes series, along with an economy of 2.54, which was better than even Cummins, Hazlewood, and Starc in that series... And all this while batting at number 6, then number 4, and now preparing for yet another role in a new position. But as always, Cameron Green will adjust. He will rise. A man whose kidneys may filter less, but whose spirit filters nothing; absorbing every setback, and turning it into fuel... The world hasn't seen the full version of Cameron Green yet. What we've seen is only the trailer; the main feature is still to come. And when it does, cricket may just find itself witnessing a once in a generation phenomenon who was never meant to make it… but chose to write his own script anyway...

This is Sudesii Awal, a 17-year-old boy from Oromo, Ethiopia, who has been held for months by human traffickers in Southern Libya for a hefty ransom. It all starts with the disappearance of your child, who is only 17. You begin to wonder what happened. Did he flee forced conscription to the capital, Addis Ababa? You are stuck in those thoughts; no phone call comes. You can’t report to the police because trusting them to make any effort is a waste of time. Weeks pass, perhaps a month. Then, in the middle of the night, a message arrives, a call goes unanswered, and the following day, an image and a video arrive from a number bearing the country code of Libya. You struggle to believe what you see: it is your son, stripped half-naked and being beaten. He is malnourished and probably won’t live long. He begs you, addressing you by name: “Pay them, release me from my pain, sell whatever; these people are going to kill me.” In the background of his pleas are continuous whips that land on his back; his knees bleed in the process. The human traffickers know all languages except for mercy and humane treatment. They care only for money. “Send money, $10,000, or else we will kill your son. You have one week to send the money, or else each day he loses a finger.” The phone goes silent. The next day, they send you horrific images and bank information to which you are requested to send the ransom. You have never seen an American dollar banknote bearing the face of Benjamin Franklin, the father of some evil? Your land, even if weighed against this foreign banknote, wouldn’t amount to $10,000 worth. You begin to contemplate what else can be done. You think of the police still not a chance. You think of the neighbors; they, too, have no resources that may amount to the demanded ransom. You email and call UN agencies in Libya, but no one answers. You are left with your nightmare and a son who loses a piece of his body every day as long as you do not meet the demands of the human traffickers. Forced by these circumstances, you appear on TikTok and other social platforms to ask for help, to collect coins in the hope of assembling the ransom. People in your community, though generous, can only give 50 cents each. Bit by bit, you are forced to exhibit your son’s suffering to the world by no relevant actor moves a toe to do their mandate.
