The first Trooper on scene was quickly in a foot chase with the suspect, though he was apprehended a short distance away, near 11th Ave. S. & E. 14th St., by around 9:45 a.m. A K9 was requested to help search for items and possible contraband that the suspect is believed to have tossed while he was fleeing on foot.

Why Tesla’s Cybertruck switched to 48V (from ancient 12V): Think electricity like water in a hose. To deliver the same power over long distances, higher pressure (voltage) lets you use a thinner hose — less material, less weight. Same here: 48V means thinner wires, way less copper (expensive!), less heat, and the whole harness is much lighter. Plus, Tesla upgraded the car’s “nervous system” to fast Ethernet — so far fewer wires needed overall. Result: lighter truck, cheaper to build, more efficient. The industry has been stuck on 12V for 60+ years.
