This shift manager at McDonald’s told this employee to clock out and go home. He’s upset and wants to know why. She told him to clean the lobby and she said it took him two hours, which was way too long. She said he was on his phone and another manager and herself both told him to get off his phone. This woman picks up her son from school and his face was all red, she could tell he’s been crying all afternoon. She managed to get him to sell her what happened. The fact he admitted he did something wrong makes me believe him. Turns out he was being disruptive, making loud noises while the other kids were trying to work and the teacher refused to let him to go specials, instead she put him in the classroom and flicked him off and hit him with a pencil. What I don’t get is he told the office what happened, they didn’t bother to do anything about it, nor did they immediately call her. The teacher in question is still there employed and now he’s scared to go back, if this was your kid would you make him go back, would you feel this was his fault for acting up?

I felt pressured into speaking up and saying your name but i feel like after no apology and not a single shred of remorse was shown i have to. I hope this NEVER happens again or happens to anyone else. I dont condone any hateful behavior towards him, harassement or a witch hunt but people need to be aware that he commited SEXUAL ASSAULT. If you choose to support him after this that is 100% up to you. Touching another person without consent is BAD! Forcing yourself onto another person who is clearly uncomfortable is SEXUAL ASSAULT! Do you agree with this type of discipline? He’s his stepdad. I think he did exactly what he was supposed to do. He took him outside away from the mom and other kids and he didn’t touch him. He let him vent. He listened to him. Then, he made him do his workout and then explained why he was in the wrong. Just because he seasoned his words while explaining doesn’t mean shit. Sometimes step parents stepping up is all a kids needs. I applaud this step father for caring about the mother and her kids enough to take the time to show this boy guidance and discipline and that he cares for him. Good job! 👏🏼
