Fair point Mark but the left foot being so close to the cup... Doesn't need to be there so close to the hole. Whether it's one or two seconds or not it is pretty crazy and straddling the line should be banned.

So you want to ban looking from crouched down from behind the ball and the other side of the hole? Thats a big statement.

No concern for the additional footprints next to the hole? She now has 5 or so footprints as opposed to 2 or 3 (standing over putt and retrieving ball)

Please confirm what damage walking on a green at this event does please. 👍👍 If it does create damage. Then what other measures are in place for such a huge issue?

I regularly play on soft greens that tend to look rather trampled after a few hours of play. Timing aside, I’d prefer as few steps near the cup as possible just to preserve the ground nearest the hole.

Grumpy old men: 1) Ban long putters - I don't like how they look 2) Putters should be 33" long 3) Ban Aimpoint - "I don't understand it and how it looks and "it's slow"" It's faster for me to get a read using Aimpoint than any other method I've used.
