Kemonte Hampton was beginning to kneel in the QT gas station parking lot, after he was stopped for jaywalking and a police officer comes up from behind him and shoves him to the ground. While the officers were try to get Hampton in handcuffs, one of the officers did not put his patrol car in park. In reverse, the car goes right over Hampton. Officers pull him out from underneath the car and still put him in handcuffs all while Hampton is crying and repeating, “Y’all just ran me over, bro.” Multiple officers are on scene and very few words are spoken to Hampton. They claim after the incident in April that Hampton’s injuries were minor.

What you saw in the video is an Indian student who has gone to America with dreams and aspirations, but the reality is that he is being treated like a hardened criminal. He is being handcuffed, he is being beaten up, and he's being deported. For what? Because he went to America with some dreams in his eyes. And he is not the first Indian student to be treated like this. This has happened with multiple students where, in some context or the other, they are being manhandled, they are being booted out, and they are being deported out of the US. The backlog is increasing as far as Visa is concerned. Admissions are being denied. And not just that, 682 Indians were handcuffed. They were put in military planes and sent back to India. If anybody has broken any law to be in your country, there is a human way to behave with them. For countries like China and Nepal, America sends people in commercial flights. Police Broke Down Door in Mistaken Identity Case in Baton Rouge Officers asked for Brooks’ name. He refused to answer and asked them to get off his property. The video shows officers following him, kicking open his door, and detaining him. Shortly after, the officers put Brooks in handcuffs. He said he then told officers his name, and that is when they realized they had the wrong person. “What took place was, you were mistaken for someone else. We got a call that said the person that we were looking for was at this house, and when they pulled up, you looked just like that person,” another officer said.

Three officers sprung the 20 year old suspect (Mohammed Fahir Amaaz) in a car park after he’d just been fighting with another man, whom he allegedly headbutted (Abdulkareem Ismaeil) at Starbucks. The three officers approached the suspect from behind. Two female officers, one male officer. When asked in court: “It is important you identify yourselves as police officers, isn't it?” PC Ward (in the video) said: "I don't think we had any time to do that. We didn't have any time for rational discussion with this male as it turned violently quickly." The suspects brother (26 year old Muhammad Amaad) approached the officers who had hold of his younger brother and were pushing his head down. The female officer lent over and punched the older brother (who was not a suspect) in the face. After the female officer threw the first punch, the male officer also punched the suspect’s brother in the face. The suspect went into a frenzy and broke this female officers nose. The male officer then tased the suspect, kicked him in the face then stamped on his head. Had the suspect been handcuffed and taken to the station, this could have been avoided, the two female officers were unable to cuff him, despite having grabbed hold of his arms. He’s obviously a violent young man, so punching his brother in the face was an hysterical response from the first female officer. The second female officer who got her nose broken said: “I was terrified to be honest. I was absolutely terrified. I had never experienced that level of violence towards me in my life.” “I didn't know who was going to come up at me next. I was scared of going after this male again and being punched in the face again” Let me just say, I have been hit by a man, it’s an awful experience and one that women shouldn’t ever have to face. Unfortunately, feminism has convinced women that working in potentially dangerous roles where they need to tackle violent criminals is ‘liberating’.
