🚨 WARNING: HSR KFC, Bangalore Extremely Unsafe Food 🚨 One of our followers has shared a shocking and disturbing experience at the KFC outlet in HSR Layout, Bangalore. She had ordered a Hot & Spicy Chicken Zinger Burger, but the moment she opened it, the stench was unbearable. The patty was slimy, rotten, and completely inedible. Believing it might have been a one-off mistake, she requested a replacement, but the second burger turned out to be exactly the same spoiled meat with a foul odor that made her gag. When she confronted the staff, they casually dismissed her complaint, saying, “It’s just the sauce smell.” To make matters worse, instead of addressing the problem, they attempted to replace her chicken burger with a vegetarian one, as if that would make her forget she had paid for chicken. She pointed out that she regularly eats the same burger at KFC Koramangala and has never faced such an issue.The situation grew more concerning when she noticed that other families, including small children, were also eating the same rotten food. Another customer even requested a fresh chicken patty, but what he received was equally foul-smelling and rotten. When customers demanded to see the kitchen which is supposed to be accessible according to the outlet’s own signboard the staff kept making excuses, claiming that after 10 PM entry wasn’t allowed or that the manager wasn’t present. I might get in trouble for posting this but screw it. Last year when the Rico-TSR thing came about I was tasked with putting together a plan of how it should be announced. That whole period is another story but I created a spreadsheet of how things had to go down. Working around all of our other scheduled races and commitments it included creating the announcement skits, photos, PR, contacting media and more. This is a clip of the video that was the final piece of my plan. Except we never published it. The idea of this video was for Rico to reflect on the news. So inside the gym of his newly built shop, he sat on the rower and I pressed record. The edited video goes for ~17 mins. He explained what this opportunity meant to him and as he got more into it he began to cry. Sitting behind the camera I did the same. It suddenly became a uniquely private and emotional moment. Why? Well I won’t speak for him but my take is this; From the outside you either see his stature or someone who loves to sling merch or both. A couple of things that shouldn’t define him. He works out almost every day if not twice. He is the most personal and hospitable driver I know when it comes to being involved with his team and his partners. He does more promo work and signs more autographs than any other driver. He puts an enormous amount of energy into ensuring fans go home having enjoyed a memorable experience at the races. Between the late nights and early mornings the guy hardly sleeps. Then somehow is left alone to strap into the racecar to make driving the wheels off look easy. And for someone who doesn’t necessarily need to do any of the aforementioned I think this clip is the moment that it finally hit him that after years of refining himself both on and off the track, he was being rewarded. He decided not to publish this video but I think needs to be shown. Maybe one day it’ll make sense to post the full video but for now when you see the defending High Limit Racing champ roll out in the Tony Stewart Racing CarQuest #24 this week in Las Vegas for the ‘26 opener, just know that you’re watching a one-of-a-kind kid live out a dream that he worked his ass off for. -Toby

Analyzing Episode 44. Season 2 aka Choice vs Force, and the Repeating Patterns of Oppression When it comes to injustice and oppression in human societies, I find there are three kinds of people. Some are silent watchers, others are enablers, and then there are those who resist. Resistance matters because silence makes room for oppression to grow, and enabling oppression feeds it, until it morphs into a tyrannical beast. But resistance? That's a disrupting force. It reminds systems built on cruelty that human power is never absolute and that fear is never forever. It reminds us that injustice can only survive as long as it goes unchallenged. Even where resistance doesn't bear immediate fruit, it redraws the moral line and allows the victims to be seen. It tells the oppressors their evil is being recorded. Societies don't change because everyone always agrees on something. They change because of a few who refuse to comply with the decrepit patterns of abuse. But what does any of this have to do with episode 44? Well, let's see. We have two stories running parallel in the episode - that of Alya and Cihan, and Kaya and Zerrin. What's common in both tales? Quite a few things, but most importantly, for me, it's how the male-dominated structure of Mardin wants to force two women to live their lives according to what the system dictates is right, rather than what they want themselves. Both Demir and Boran refuse to give up, despite knowing full well that Zerrin and Alya love someone else. And, I refuse to legitimize their behavior built on past traumas, because hey, life ain't easy for anyone. But that doesn't give us a pass to behave like monsters. This entire episode, to me, seems like a tussle between choice and force. The old guard of Mardin, used to issuing orders and having them followed in silence, coming face to face with resistance. With the will to live life on one's own terms. Almost like the writer is trying to say, 'see this shit will just keep going until someone screams enough and fights back.' Let's start with the beginning of the episode. Demir abducts Zerrin and lies about her baby dying so he can later use the same child to blackmail Zerrin into staying with him. Why? Because the psychopath can't see beyond his own wants. Zerrin's choices don't register because to him, she's not a person, just someone to be managed and controlled. So, force becomes his default setting; he lies, emotionally terrorizes, manipulates, does everything to get his own way. And, in this way, he embodies what the episode keeps repeating, that oppression doesn't always have to be violent. Sometimes, it's your refusal to acknowledge someone else's right to choose. There's another scene that stands out to me in this context, where Cihan and Alya are having a conversation, far from the cray cray crowd. In that scene, you get to see what life can be like when two people see each other as equals and choose to work together. When Alya tells Cihan of her fears about Deniz, he doesn't brush them off. He acknowledges them. But then, he also reminds her that she's always been able to get through to her son, and that there's no way Deniz will choose Boran after she informs him of the whole story. What makes CihAl so attractive as a couple is their ability to see each other and acknowledge their humanity and individuality. There's no force here. They stay together because they want to, they choose to. Many people choose to part despite the presence of love, so feelings here take a back seat. It's about free will. Agency. That's the most fundamental human instinct. When you take that away from someone, it's almost like taking away their humanity. Now, I know some of y'all saw the episode and thought Deniz is gonna fall prey to Boran's manipulation. But that's not what I see. When Boran is trying to rip apart CihAl's family portrait, Deniz becomes the reason he can't. And sure, Boran does manage to sway Deniz close to him a time or two, but there are scenes where you can see Deniz pulling back. Like when he realizes Boran really isn't paying any attention to him in the room. And Deniz is Alya's son, too. Which means if there's something he wants, he's going to go after it all out. You can see that in the way he refuses to stop calling Cihan 'Baba' even though Boran tries his level best. Now, let's turn back the dial a little and think about the other message Guilzar let slip in the episode. When Ummu and Ihityar are talking about how Alya is being manipulated by Boran using Deniz, and there's nothing to be done about it, Kadir speaks up. In that scene, to me, Kadir is the writer, telling the audience that the weaponization of a child against a parent isn't acceptable. That the parents, in this case, Alya and Cihan, have feelings too. They've been through hell and were rewarded with true love. And they deserve to live that love. When Kadir says love like that is worth dying for, it seemed to drive home the point that you don't give up when you love like Alya and Cihan love each other. You certainly don't allow yourself to be boxed in a corner because of the love of your child. Because that, too, is a form of coercion. I'm not going to talk a lot about Boran and his tantrums because to me, he and Demir were mirror images in this episode. The ugly face of abuse weaponized as 'love.' And Sadakat? She's the worst kind of enabler there is. She keeps going, Alya, singling her out, simply because she thinks Alya is the weakest link. Since Sadakat can't stand to see her family break apart, she's only too willing to homage to the age-old custom of male compulsion by helping her pislik of a first-born. Ugh. Anyway, going back to the message of this episode - patterns of oppression on repeat? It kind of makes me glad that both Boran and Demir are going to step out of bounds to do something really fcuking stupid. Because their desperation will force a reckoning that's been a long time coming. Once these lines are crossed, one hopes what we see is change because Lord knows, it's time this damn pattern breaks, once and for all. #CihAl #UzakŞehir

🚨ICE agents pulled a man over, accused him of a traffic violation that his own DASH CAM disproved, then illegally used that stop to demand his immigration status, in Pittsburgh. And this is exactly what it looks like when a traffic stop becomes an illegal fishing expedition… for immigration status. In this video, ICE agents surround the man’s car, with what appears to be a police vehicle behind him. A masked ICE agent aggressively approaches the passenger window while another ICE agent goes to the driver’s window and demands his ID. ICE agents are federal immigration officers, they aren’t local police… So, why are ICE agents the ones surrounding this car, confronting the people inside, and accusing the driver of a traffic violation… while the cop appears to walk up afterward? If this was actually a traffic stop, why is the cop not initiating and enforcing the traffic violation? The driver asks why he is being stopped. The agent tells him he was “riding that guy’s ass” and claims he was following the vehicle too closely. Except there’s a problem… his dash cam video shows the exact opposite. He was traveling in his lane when another car… coming from a merge lane… pulled directly in front of him. That is the moment ICE agents appear to turn on their lights, since the driver slows down and pulls over. So, he understandably says, “Me? I wasn’t following anybody.” The agent doubles down, claiming he was too close and that he “has to be a car length away.” Then, they demand that both people get out of the vehicle. The passenger is taken by ICE, while another agent asks the driver whether he has any weapons. And then comes the real reason for the stop… “Are you allowed to be here? Are you illegal? Are you allowed to be in this country?” The driver tells them he has his resident card and hands it over. Eventually, they let him go. And THIS is where the constitutional violations become impossible to ignore. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures. A traffic stop is a seizure, meaning the government needs reasonable suspicion that a traffic violation, or crime, actually occurred. Even during a lawful traffic stop, officers cannot prolong the stop to investigate an unrelated matter without additional reasonable suspicion. So, when the alleged traffic violation turns into demands for identification, orders to exit the vehicle, questions about whether the people in the car are “illegal,” and an immigration-status check… the Fourth Amendment comes into question. And the fact that they eventually let this man go, after determining he was lawfully present, makes this even more disturbing. Because what exactly was the point of stopping him? He clearly wasn’t violating any tailgating law. So this wasn’t a legitimate traffic stop…it was a fabricated pretext to investigate his immigration status. And that is precisely why the Constitution exists. Because the government doesn’t get to say, “We wanted to check who you are, so we made up a reason to stop you.” And ICE does not get a free pass to stop Americans, and legal residents, and demand they prove their citizenship. The government has to follow the law, too.

Analyzing Trailer 2, S2, Uzak Sehir Ah be. It feels good to be proven right sometimes, because frankly, at times it felt like I was making shit up from thin air - but I wasn't. There was a method to my madness (Thank God, I'm not ready for the straitjacket just yet). If you haven't read my analysis for ep 9, it'ks okay. It's attached below for your reading convenience because it's straight up tied to this beautiful scene in the latest trailer. The best thing that stood out to me at first glance, is that CihAl are still very much themselves. Yes, they've confessed and kissed, but they're still working through their issues. Yes, they're determined to fight for their love, but they're still also fighting their demons. Their awkwardness (when they're alone) is emphasized, because now they're going to learn each other as lovers. And, we get to watch that too (lucky us). Another plus point is they're still amazingly frank with each other. Cihan tells her 'If only touching you wasn't so difficult ' and Alya lovingly responds with 'When has anything been easy for us?' That tells us these folks are on the same wavelength to an undeniable degree. They've clearly had a heart-to-heart and understand where they stand. More importantly, they accept each other as they are, and that should tell you how mature their feelings are already. And then Alya tells him about how she had her own version of the infamous 'Beş saniye.' Obviously, she's trying to say the something sparked to life when she saw Cihan the first time. No, not like that you maniacs. Get your minds out of the gutter. She means the spark of recognition, of two hearts and souls recognizing each other. Like Bronte says, "Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same." They see each and come to life, even though the circumstances are less than ideal. But, that's the thing about CihAl isn't it. It's not an ordinary love story. It's a tale about love beating impossible odds to be realized in the most beautiful way. And, it's also Alya's way (her gentle and loving way) of putting Cihan at ease. For a man who has been deprived of care and love for most of his life, Alya is the soothing balm to his wounds, it's no wonder the man fell in love with her. Wouldn't you love your salvation? Anyone who tries to twist into something disgusting and says stupid shit like 'bu ne rezillik' needs their creepy heads examined. Anyhoo, moving on, and this is my absolute favorite part, because its a direct throwback to the MAJOR foreshadowing in episode 9. Cihan says, 'The road we took wasn't easy, but despite it all we made good progress.' And what does Alya say? She says, 'But we still have a way to go.' This is directly linked to the song that plays in episode 9 when they're flying a kite. In my opinion, it's the writer's way of saying 'Don't worry, I've got this. These two will do just fine.' And here's why. The following is what I wrote in my analysis of episode 9: "...In ep 9, when Kaya's arrested for shooting whatsisname to save Zerrin, you can see Alya making an effort to help Cihan out...You can see Cihan not only accepting Alya's support and sharing his burdens with her, but you can also see Alya empathizing with Cihan. And that theme continues throughout the episode. When Alya overhears Demir's evil scheme to buy Sahin's home to cause trouble for Cihan, she promptly calls Cihan to warn him. In a way, ep 8 and 9 serve to break the cycle of blame CihAl are stuck in and replace that with understanding and connection. It's no wonder then that we get to see the kite flying scene on the roof with Alya, Cihan, and Deniz, where all three actually look like a real family for the first time. The song that plays in the background is 'Daha Gidecek Yolumuz Var.' And the lyrics? This is what the verse that plays during that scene translates to: Beneath the weeping willow’s shade, Let it be you and I, meeting at last. Take my body, take my soul — Let this weary spirit finally be free. Take all I am, every trace of me — So that this soul might know peace. We have so far still to go, my beautiful beloved. The road stretches on before us. So far still to walk, hand in hand — The path isn’t done yet. Many don't see ep 9 for what it is. It's a major milestone for CihAl and the foundation for their love story..." In my opinion, CihAl have a beautiful journey ahead, with a beautiful ending. Not any of that 'tragic end' weirdness, because their story from the beginning has been about overcoming obstacles. About not just realizing an impossible love, but also living it to it's full extent. And it's for that reason, we're remined of 'We have so far still to go, my beautiful beloved. The road stretches on before us. So far still to walk, hand in hand.' Hand in hand being the operative words. The best part is, Cihal's journey together is just beginning. And then Alya tells him about how she had her own version of the infamous 'Beş saniye.' Obviously, she's trying to say the something sparked to life when she saw Cihan the first time. No, not like that you maniacs. Get your minds out of the gutter. She means the spark of recognition, of two hearts and souls recognizing each other. Like Bronte says, "Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same." They see each and come to life, even though the circumstances are less than ideal. But, that's the thing about CihAl isn't it. It's not an ordinary love story. It's a tale about love beating impossible odds to be realized in the most beautiful way. And, it's also Alya's way (her gentle and loving way) of putting Cihan at ease. For a man who has been deprived of care and love for most of his life, Alya is the soothing balm to his wounds, it's no wonder the man fell in love with her. Wouldn't you love your salvation? Anyone who tries to twist into something disgusting and says stupid shit like 'bu ne rezillik' needs their creepy heads examined. Anyhoo, moving on, and this is my absolute favorite part, because its a direct throwback to the MAJOR foreshadowing in episode 9. Cihan says, 'The road we took wasn't easy, but despite it all we made good progress.' And what does Alya say? She says, 'But we still have a way to go.' This is directly linked to the song that plays in episode 9 when they're flying a kite. In my opinion, it's the writer's way of saying 'Don't worry, I've got this. These two will do just fine.' And here's why. The following is what I wrote in my analysis of episode 9: "...In ep 9, when Kaya's arrested for shooting whatsisname to save Zerrin, you can see Alya making an effort to help Cihan out...You can see Cihan not only accepting Alya's support and sharing his burdens with her, but you can also see Alya empathizing with Cihan. And that theme continues throughout the episode. When Alya overhears Demir's evil scheme to buy Sahin's home to cause trouble for Cihan, she promptly calls Cihan to warn him. In a way, ep 8 and 9 serve to break the cycle of blame CihAl are stuck in and replace that with understanding and connection. It's no wonder then that we get to see the kite flying scene on the roof with Alya, Cihan, and Deniz, where all three actually look like a real family for the first time. The song that plays in the background is 'Daha Gidecek Yolumuz Var.' And the lyrics? This is what the verse that plays during that scene translates to: Beneath the weeping willow’s shade, Let it be you and I, meeting at last. Take my body, take my soul — Let this weary spirit finally be free. Take all I am, every trace of me — So that this soul might know peace. We have so far still to go, my beautiful beloved. The road stretches on before us. So far still to walk, hand in hand — The path isn’t done yet. Many don't see ep 9 for what it is. It's a major milestone for CihAl and the foundation for their love story..." In my opinion, CihAl have a beautiful journey ahead, with a beautiful ending. Not any of that 'tragic end' weirdness, because their story from the beginning has been about overcoming obstacles. About not just realizing an impossible love, but also living it to it's full extent. And it's for that reason, we're remined of 'We have so far still to go, my beautiful beloved. The road stretches on before us. So far still to walk, hand in hand.' Hand in hand being the operative words. The best part is, Cihal's journey together is just beginning.
