Traditional animation combined with Runway has been flying under the radar, but it's actually a common use case for keyframes in Runway. Basically, you can use it to automate the inbetweening process in a 2D animation pipeline. The middle keyframe feature was a major breakthrough that made this process easier. Pete Williams (Pete Williams) is making a solo 2D animated movie and discovered how keyframes help with tweening. If you work in animation, this is worth watching.

Someone pointed this out to me in a YouTube reply, but the new Paramount Animation logo apparently cut corners by having the standard stars and Paramount text chroma-keyed into the animation portion. It's noticeable at a slower speed in 4K. A star even vanishes for one frame.
