I don’t feel any pain! When I’m stretching beyond my usual amplitude I feel the muscular resistance of a stretch but it never hurts and I never push it too far. I did contortion growing up so I think that’s why it’s pretty native for my body

I’ve kind of always wondered about the second question lol. I only ever have back soreness if I push a stretch or try something that uses muscles in a different way. My back is kinda shredded honestly so I think that helps
