This man turned normal looking city into sasta Europe which gets flooded by mere few inch rains

Being a regular cyclist I would just say the work executed on the name of Smart City is C class. They quality of material used and masonry works is the worst kind of civil works executed in Jammu and Kashmir . Civil Work executed on Cycling Track is a health and safety Concern !

This is mind blowing … I think earlier people used to walk in the middle of road .U did a good job by making the road width equal to footpath and footpath width equal to road.Becoz of this great work, u have a very high demand in other developed countries.😜😜😜😜

Yes they use footpaths often now because there is no road for motor vehicles nincompoop
