Freedom of speech does not apply to the airwaves. That is why children’s cartoons on public tv don’t have swear words and tv shows can’t have people reading graphic porn novels. FCC has rules, Jimmy the unfunny Kimmel broke the rules. Plus his show was taking an annual 40millon dollar loss, and his ratings sucked.
