What a series. That’s what playoff hockey is all about. About as evenly matched as you’ll ever see. To win the hardest championship in sports, you need health and a little puck luck. The Bolts battled the health part all season long, but did not have the puck luck this series. That’s not to take anything away from Montreal. They finished with the same points. The amount of sticks they got in the way of passes this series was clinical. They got one more bounce than the Bolts. That’s playoff hockey. Congrats to the Habs on the series win. The inability to win home playoff games and not making it out of the first round has, unfortunately, become numbing. That’s not the worst thing in the world. That means we have lofty expectations. I’ll miss the routine of game days and seeing so many friends who feel more like family. But, we’ll be back in a few short months. And I’ll be counting the days until we are. Today and every day, it’s always #GoBolts.

Wanted to chime in on this video and shed some light on what High Performance looks like in game ----- FNS calls Zellsis the most overrated player in Americas. Now to be clear I'm not coming at this butthurt as a friend of Jordan, but rather I don't think people appreciate the magnitude of impact he has on a team and on a series Whether you play ranked or compete at the highest level of this game, your team dynamic is one of the most important aspects of success. You may win without it, and let skill and strategy shine, but it won't be sustainable The things that Jordan does extremely well that need to be highlighted are: - energy - communication - mid-rounding voice - emotional awareness - effort - mental resilience - ability to stay focused when the match matters High Performance is a combination of talent and skills for sure, but more importantly it's: - attitude - behaviours - consistency - mindset - focused attention - awareness of mental intensity - intention to improve - intention to execute As you continue to build your skills in game, be sure to elevate your High Performance skills overall. It starts with awareness, then influence, then consistency! Heck you may even win more and be called overrated, but those you play with will feel your impact! ----- Again, this clip could very well just be bait to stir the pot for hype and content purposes. Respectable, if so! We need more storylines 😈😂 I'd also like to disclose that I have coached Zellsis before and I obviously have bias. I haven't worked with FNS, however I think he's funny, brilliant and would love to connect with him

I AM LFT and will be exploring my options for 2026. This is the most extensive LFT post you have ever seen Being a professional player isn't just about what you do in-game, but also what you do outside the game I'll be showing you how I worked and some of my habits that made me go from a Fiora OTP in soloQ to being able to beat the best ERL tops in a year and a half, a simple LFT post is not enough to show who I am as a player. It only takes 5 minutes, read until the end. A Thread 🧵:❤+🔃 appreciated.

This is why its so HARD and almost impossible to win a title with your best player being 6’2” or smaller When push comes to shove you need to be able to create and shoot over the defense. Brunson can’t get a clean look, game over League of giants 🤷🏻‍♂️

June 💰 For/To: #Aries #Leo #Sagittarius #FireSigns Give yourself a round of applause baby! Your about to be in the lime light really soon. You had all odds against you and now look around. You may not see it but I promise if you believe it all will be coming to you. You are moving towards real wealth and prosperity. Keep up the good work. No one said it was gonna be easy but damn it you are gonna get it done. You’re the one who’s gonna create generational wealth and have your way out here. I do see that get creative. If you work a 9-5 try a different approach, apply for jobs that have higher pay, you stepping outside of yourself no matter how risky it is, it’s bound to pay off. Don’t feel like just bc where your at that your stuck bc your not. Some of are about to have an opportunity to be the face/body of a brand, asked to be in a music video, asked to do something really big and it’s time to prepare yourself for what’s to come. New doors are opening for you and you’re about to be around some new faces and places. This could also mean you could be the host/bottle girl/assistant. Something big is happening this month for you

Catwoman uses a grapple gun to zip up to buildings and she has a built in wingsuit. #LegoBatmanGame We already knew this, I just wanted to see it in action in a free roam setting. I’ve started to make my peace with it somewhat. I’ve already made my peace with the wing suit, but the grapple will take and getting used to only because I think she should be able to utilize her whip as the grapple and please do not give me that thing about “it’s not long enough” she was able to utilize it in the Arkham games (please see my attached screenshot reference of me literally playing Arkham city right now and the whip length) and it didn’t even properly wrap around things and the length was inconsistent when she used it to get to the top of buildings I’m not saying that she needs to be able to scale the buildings like she doesn’t ask them because I understand the movement will not work like that in this game giving the open world, but it will be very nice if her grapple to zip up to buildings was replaced with her whip. It’s a Lego game who cares about the inconsistent lengths of the whip? Regardless, I am super super excited and I cannot wait to get this game in my hands on the 19th

Chas McCormick tried to hit the ball out of Ty France's glove after a great play by JP Crawford. The following game, he got drilled in the back by a 99mph heater. In my opinion, as long as it’s not at someone’s head, I have no problem with this. Play the game the right way and this won’t happen to you.

This is juuust about it for this one! All I need to do is get meatball head over here to slurp up them guts, and then maybe close with a pan out. Then I'll be actually testing it in-game to see how the blood decals look since I can't see them here in the editor.

Happy Father’s Day to all! To all of the trader dad’s out there: I have the utmost respect for you. Sacrificing your free time to pick up a skill with the goal of creating a better life for your families is admirable and should not be overlooked. Never overlook the sacrifices your father made for you to be in the place you are today 🙏 My dad coached me in baseball and was a huge part of my success. I can’t wait to teach him some stuff in the markets!

HOW TO DODGE EVERY SKILLSHOT IN LEAGUE OF LEGENDS SO YOU GET ACCUSED OF SCRIPTING - Script in your mind - Draw out how far, wide, fast an ability is relative to your character thats all the easy stuff that I have been preaching already you can find in my free discord for improvement however one thing that League coaches fail to explain is the human aspect of it every game you play in League of Legends, every single person in the game is constantly building their profile in a game on how they operate both sides are constantly trying to mind f*ck each other to land and dodge skillshots. I have broken it down into layers the three layers to dodging are layer 0 - no dodge (unconscious) layer 1 - dodge (conscious) layer 2 - no dodge (conscious) Notice how in the clip in a challenger game below Olaf shoots a layer 0 skillshot, but because I am playing at a layer 1, I dodge his axe. Now the Thresh hook gets a little deeper bare with me, because I built the profile that I will dodge an ability in that moment, he thinks that I won't dodge and is shooting a hook at a layer 2 thinking that I will dodge at a layer 2 also. However I know that he knows I will likely not juke and walk straight so I make the conscious choice to dodge AGAIN playing at a layer 1 resulting in me dodging the hook, of course he could be accounting for my tumble but the point still stands. There are many deeper things to consider like zoning abilities, environment etc but you generally want to always play at a layer 1 until you gain more data in a game to adapt. However one thing that always stays true throughout my 13 years of playing League is in teamfights that have gone on for awhile, human beings tend to panic and default to layer 0 of shooting abilities, so if your able to operate at layer 1 as a teamfight progresses, you will likely dodge that one final skillshot that wins you the game. study the saskio way

In the outfield if you open up to one side of a hard hit ball & the ball is on the opposite side just rotate your head to the ball verses trying to turn your entire body back to the ball. Taking your eyes off the ball briefly & having body control is more efficient than watching the ball all the way & not be in control of your movements.

there are a few things i am laser focused on for 2026 and beyond. here is a brief summary for you, should you be interested in reading more. #1. The Starry Nights; - a 1/1/X series i am curating/creating which is a themed series and follow up to my edition work "la nuit étoilée". For this series, we will be offering exquisite print options with a custom and beautiful Muse Facktory unboxing experience. These will be our debut Muse Facktory prints open to the public and the moment we plant our flag as a true contender in the high caliber Fine Art world of prints. For the digital only collectors, the ultra high resolution artworks will stand on their own within your wallet, waiting for the day we have the means to exhibit our digital art properly and at scale. Each work is 12k pixels, for which we are building a custom viewport for them to be experienced properly, even on mobile. Printing, however, is something I truly enjoy, and the ChromaSculpt technique captures my layering process precisely and beautifully. Offering both is a must for this series, especially since all new works will be still jpgs. The exact quantity will be determined once i feel the series is complete, but not to exceed 1/1/111. It will be a ranked auction with settlement. This is all i can say for now. #2. curation of the servants of the Muse; As you know, i have the “servants of the Muse” collection of 69. When i began this series as a thank you token for 1/1 holders, i created as ERC721 for a reason. To one day bring about the 69 servants of the Muse, all in their true forms. 69 true 1 of 1s. DoomScroller, for example, is but one of the 69. There will be no 2 alike. All will be animated. All will serve at Her pleasure. These will of course only be available to 'servants of the Muse', who will have to pay a toll in order to reveal their servant. Toll price currently undetermined but i am no extractor so it will be reasonable. Some of these beasts and creatures and machines will be ungodly, some will be just, many will be grotesque, but all will serve. #3. Commissioned large scale aluminum sculpture Can’t speak to it beyond that at the moment. #4. Potential Installs and performances for Grand Skull Piano. #5. PROTO I - mounted digital art canvases specific for my animated works. #6. Whatever else the Muse commands. dyor

🚨 Ajinkya Rahane revealed the story behind his decision to send Yashasvi Jaiswal off the field. 🗣️ " I sensed the situation and also I felt it was going out of hand, both the players were going out of hand and it was my responsibility to control my teammates. You respect the umpires, the officials who are on field, who are controlling the game, who are officiating the game and also the situations. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but you, as a player, you be in that limit. So, I sensed the situation, what can happen next, it was my instant reaction to send him off the field. As a player, I also felt that he must have felt bad, I said, okay, if he felt bad about me, it's okay. But I think, that point in time, it was a good thing for him. The thing which I told him about, go in from the back, put ice on your head and come back "

I have not seen enough about the decision from Mike Vrabel and Tim Kelly to go for 2 down by 8 last night. Here’s why I loved it: 1) NFL teams this season have been successful on 55% of two-point conversion attempts. The odds were in the Titans’ favor. 2) Will Levis was dealing in the 2nd half. 3) Titans still had all three timeouts and the two-minute warning. 4) Miami struggled to move the ball on offense all night. Their three scoring drives went for 12, 7, and 59 yards. 5) If successful on the two-point conversion, a stop on defense and a TD wins the game. If unsuccessful, you can still send it to OT. 6) Titans offense marched down the field, scored the TD to make it a one possession game and essentially told Miami, “we are going for two because we know you cannot stop us right now.” The odds are in your favor. It’s a good mathematical decision. You want to psych out an opposing offense? Give them the ball knowing they need to run the clock out, or you are going to have a chance to WIN the game, not send it to overtime. They saw what your offense just did to their defense. They saw your QB on the sideline screaming and hyping everyone up. Cutting the lead to six put WAY more pressure on the Dolphins offense. You want to hype up your defense? Put them back on the field knowing your offense just did their job. Put them back on the field knowing a stop and a TD wins it. At that point, they aren’t in the mindset of “we need a stop to have a chance to go to OT.” They are thinking, “let’s go out here, get a stop, and give our offense a chance to WIN.” There’s a fundamental difference in playing to WIN and playing NOT to LOSE. This was a decision by a coaching staff that was playing to WIN. Brilliant game by Vrabel and Kelly. Brilliant execution late in the game by the offense and the defense. Completely out-coached one of the best offensive minds in the game. #Titans

Wondering if you are “quad dominant” in your throw and if you should change it? Maybe you shouldn’t 🤷‍♂️ A coach’s post coming from Austin Roark 🚀⠀ -⠀ One question I get from a lot of athletes is whether they should change their lower half because their knee is over their toe during their loading phase down the mound. ⠀ -⠀ The biggest thing that I look for when trying to figure out if it is an issue or not is to see how they are able to get out of that position. Some guys are able to leverage and rotate from that position extremely well, which then I would say that it’s not an issue.⠀ -⠀ On the other hand, there are some guys who will get out of this position by driving extension out of their back leg, killing their ability to rotate their pelvis and get it in an open position into landing.⠀ -⠀ This is when I would suggest trying to make a change. I think a lot of people jump into certain ideologies that you shouldn’t do certain things because it’s “inefficient” or it looks “wrong”. ⠀ -⠀ Take a look at these pitchers shown in the video. All 3 of these high level arms have some degree of knee flexion over their toe. Now, granted, they all have insane levers to help them, but the way they are moving is what makes them efficient in how they throw. ⠀ -⠀ I think if you told Dustin May that he had to hold a vertical shin down the mound, it would be a disaster and mess a lot of things up upstream that would impact him in a negative way.⠀ -⠀ The big takeaway here is that there are no absolutes. One thing that may look inefficient to you could be the thing that makes someone else very efficient.⠀ -⠀ When trying to figure out if you should change something about someone's delivery, make sure to look at the entire unit as a whole and don’t jump into any quick changes.
