Incident: December 22, 2022, on Highway 57 near San José Iturbide, Mexico. Semi-truck driver, suspected drunk, swerved to block passing cars. Sharply turned to stop a car passing right, causing overturn. No injuries. Driver arrested, lost CDL. Name unknown. No photo found.
