1) He makes things up in his head, 2) believes other people said those things to him, 3) believes that they are true and then 4) says them out loud and expects other people to believe the things he makes up in his head. This is the kind of stuff you see in nursing homes.

Why doesn’t a reporter ask him about the USMCA — if it was such a great deal —that Trump made — why are we back to tariff policies on Canada? USMCA entered into force on July 1, 2020.
