We already had a deal with Iran during the Obama administration, and by most accounts Iran was complying with it. Then Trump backed out, wrecked relations, and helped create the very problem people now act like he deserves credit for solving. After that, he escalated tensions even more, so no, I’m not giving him points for trying to clean up a mess he helped make. And honestly, with how often this administration refuses to tell the truth when it looks bad, who even knows what the full reality is.
