Is Trump’s Truth Social post ft. the Obamas racist? Yes & no Trump posted a video about election integrity, which accidentally included a Lion King meme video ft. Barack and Michelle Obamas as monkeys. I believe that Lion King meme video (see full video in replies) to be intentionally racist, but this post by Trump seems to be an accidental scroll (or auto scroll) while screen recording the election integrity video. BUT it is still reprehensible for the President of the United States/his team to allow this mistake to happen. People can say, “Well, Joe Biden is a monkey in that video too”, but I don’t believe that excuses depicting the Obamas, right off the bat, as monkeys.
