To sum up: These drones appear out of nowhere last week in the US. All the state and local governors, legislators, and police, federal congress, many subordinate federal agencies, like airports, corporate executives, the press, and the new president have no idea. The Biden administration also says they have no idea, but it's ok. Some normally vocal voices on politics like Elon Musk, Ron Desantis, AOC, Obama, and others are quiet. Some anonymous people on X and random politicians say they are US radiation detectors looking for an unlicensed nuclear bomb or Iranian battle drones coming from the sea. The drones fly wherever they want, including in restricted airspace, at night, some high, some low, mostly in NJ, but in other states too. They look like they are patrolling in repeat patterns and the total seems to be in the hundreds. They can turn invisible and jam citizens drones and radio and clocks. None have been captured for analysis. The citizens, and entities above, are becoming increasingly alarmed, but seem totally unable to plead, threaten, shame, or criticize Biden into any meaningful statements or action. And so everyone is just watching and waiting.
