Why aren't elected Democrats calling for urgent action through every platform they can find? Democracy is on life support and it seems like they're just letting it happen. Regular folks need to do all we can, but it is so demoralizing when those in power are silent.

We should be focusing on getting people off of these programs and not keeping them on them. That's the only thing Democrats have to offer though. Keeping people poor so they need them. This two party system has to go!
