At what point do Democrats finally do the RIGHT THING? Air traffic controllers, SNAP benefits, our military — all being hurt by this shutdown. It’s clear to EVERYONE that Democrats care more about their political careers than the people they claim to represent. Even their own studies say Democrats are seen as WEAK, WOKE, and OUT OF TOUCH — and they prove it every day.

Democrats approval ratings being this low doesn't surprise me at all. They have a base who is more or less obsessed with Trump and care more about opposing Trump than doing anything productive. Trump is succeeding in doing alot of things he wants to do, so the democrats’ TDS infested base is not going to be happy. Democrats also care more about looking virtuous than being virtuous and that has become more and more apparent over time. Independents are picking up on how full of crap many democrats are and I think it’s showing in the polls.

Congressman Jared Moskowitz says it best in the video below. Yes, we have issues at the border. No, these issues aren’t new to the Biden Administration. Yes, more people are attempting to come across the border now than under previous administrations, but the borders aren't more "open" now, except for Biden ending the harsh "remain in Mexico policy" and COVID restrictions expiring. The problem is that Republicans don’t want to fix the problem. Their goal isn’t to try and solve the issue now. Their goal is to use the issue to make Biden and Democrats look bad. They want to use the border to get Trump elected and then try and fix the problem when Trump is in office. The problem is, they didn’t fix the problem last time Trump was in office, even when they had both chambers of Congress.
