What that fund really is, is the new security architecture for Iran. When you look through the terms of this MOU, what it does is it removes all sanctions against Iran. It allows Iran to open up its markets to other countries in the Middle East in ways that it wasn't able to before. And it encourages other countries in the Middle East and other countries across the world to make major investments in Iran. Their stockpiles will be capped, they'll be forced to stop production, and if they can’t move their oil, it could ruin them. Trump knew exactly how to choke Iran the moment the peace talks started. This is huge.
