That's a great idea! He cares about the environment too, but it's hypocritical to just allow China to mine all over the world to power your electric cars so you can feel better about it.

This would be a huge win, and take a large part of the market from China who currently produces nearly 6 times as much as we do! Ending our reliance on China should be a high strategic priority!
