Trump will NOT charge a high tariff on all the Trump merchandise made in China and shipped here to be sold on his online Trump store. Trump’s bible, made in China, is known as the “King Trump version” of the Bible. Trump hats, ties, pins, flags, all made in China.

Trump has been creating these trade wars that have resulted in Americans paying more for goods. Tariffs are taxes on Americans — consumers pay, not foreign companies. If they really helped, why are Trump and Josh Hawley now pushing rebate checks? Because voters feel the rising cost of living due to tariffs.

Trump Tariffs Explained: Trump is charging 10% tariffs on UK goods. He's charging 20% tariffs on EU goods. In November it was estimated that 20% tariffs would cost UK 0.8% GDP. So let's say this means today's tariffs will cost us 0.4%. So Brexit saved us 0.4% GDP in US trade, but cost us 4% GDP in EU trade. So anyone calling Trump tariffs a "Brexit Success" CAN'T FUCKING COUNT!

If I was king for a day, I would offer zero U.S. tariffs on goods from other countries if they would levy zero tariffs on our goods sold to them. Trade is more complicated than that, and we live in the real world, but that should be the ideal.
