Oregon public school proficiency percentage decline since 2018… Beaverton- Math 53%⬇️36% Portland- Math 48%⬇️41% Eugene- Math 48%⬇️34% Salem-Keizer- Math 35%⬇️21% Tigard-Tualatin- Math 46%⬇️29% Enrollment down. Proficiency down.
