In other words, he’s advocating for violating people’s civil rights in violation of the constitution. In Floyd v. City of New York (2013), U.S. District Court Judge Shira Scheindlin ruled New York City's stop-and-frisk program unconstitutional, violating the Fourth Amendment's protection against unreasonable searches and seizures. Judge Scheindlin found that out of 4.4 million stops between January 2004 and June 2012, 88% resulted in no further action, indicating a lack of reasonable suspicion in the vast majority of cases.

Once again we see Trump proposing to do something that’s wholly unconstitutional.

Are people completely oblivious to what “stop and frisk”, immunity for his police force, concentration camps and mass deportation on the scale that he is proposing will look like? Or do they want it?

That’s not how that works. He can’t bring it back and make it withstand judicial scrutiny.
