If I have to raise $300 million, half debt, half equity for a 35 story building, you’re telling me before I build it, you're putting rent controls on it. That means if the cost of maintaining it's 3.5%, which is a good number for CapEx, I can't raise my rates 3.5% each year. You're telling me no raise. Why would I ever do that? Why would anybody? There's not a single dollar in the market that is gonna run to this city to build anything with these policies if they crystallize that way.

I hate constraints and bullshit rules - and just because some WWE producer says, "clear" (meaning, we are no longer live on the air and the show is over) that doesn't mean I just stop whatever I'm doing and tell everyone great job. It fucking pissed me off. I can't shut my high emotions off just because a script says we're done. But even in this crazy fucking world of pro wrestling - this is a microcosm of a larger issue I have with individuals, corporations & governments - telling us what we can or can't do. You have to do it this way, you have to say it that way, or you'll get cancelled. They create fear if you have a different perspective and don't live by their rules. It's their way, or no way. CHANGBIN STARTED CRYING 😭😭😭😭 he thought he was too harsh with jisung but when jisung called him to say he loved him he realized jisung understands that changbin cares 😭😭😭😭 🐖🐇: when you talk about han in a fun, light way he just makes you laugh so much that's who he is but if i try to think about it seriously i feel like i might cry even earlier...i felt a little choked up. he's someone i've been stuck with for a really long time so it's kind of...i seriously feel this way. as his hyung, i feel really sorry in a way and honestly, he is the only younger brother who makes me feel that way so i think because i feel sorry, i think i get more defensive and act more tsundere toward him. when i see him just being healthy and happy it makes me so happy too and this means i have regrets 🐖🐇: when he was struggling, i...i was young too i could've comforted him and all that but i was too cold who only said harsh things, like... 🐖🐇: even if you're younger, if someone says something you can push back if you think it's not right it's totally okay but he just ends up crying so i think i, maybe i didn't treat him the way i treat other younger members so when he called me at dawn like that it made me feel all mixed up but still, i felt like, "he understands my sincerity" 🐖🐇: even if i'm not good at expressing myself i think he knows that i really love him and care about him and that i cherish him 🐖🐇: because he called at dawn and said, "hyung, i love you, thank you so much" hearing him say that...yeah
