Trump has to realize it's not within Putin's capability to give him what he is dearly wanting. He thinks Putin will hand him some sort of personal victory that will perhaps give him a Nobel prize. Trump needs to understand Putin is Russia-centric, not Trump-centric.

You have to be foolish if you think Trump doesn’t know this. He’s an actor, like all the other ones. He’s willfully complicit. Elon is an an actor too.
