For all of the never-uninformed, SERVICE MEMBERS are themselves responsible for securing the head in a safe and sanitary fashion. Rather than posting videos he and his shipmates need to do their jobs and repair that filthy display of failed leadership on what should be a proud vessel in America’s Navy.
