Let’s take a look at the word games people like Ted Lieu play, now that they want to pretend like they’re crusaders for Epstein victims. Lieu wants you to believe here that he’s equally incensed at Merrick Garland as he is Pam Bondi, claiming: “During the Biden administration I called for people to look at the Epstein files. Merrick Garland dropped the ball!" Ok, calling to “look” at the files and “release” the files are two very different things. So what did Ted actually do? When the 2024 campaign season was in full swing, Ted started calling for the media to investigate Trump’s ties to Epstein. The clip on the right is from July 2024. He wasn’t mad that Garland hadn't released any files. He wasn’t mad that the victims were being ignored. He was mad that the media wasn’t investigating and reporting on Trump’s ties to Epstein. He flew on Epstein’s plane at least seven times, and Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell flew on Trump’s jet in 2000—alongside a very young girl brought by Epstein. A 14-year-old girl, groomed by Maxwell, was introduced to Trump at Mar-a-Lago, per sworn testimony from an Epstein victim. Another woman accused Trump of raping her at age 13 during an Epstein-hosted party, even claiming Epstein and Trump argued over “who would take her virginity.” She later dropped the suit after alleged threats.
