May is mental health awareness month and from one women who struggles with some horrendous scars, trauma and demons in their own head to you. Fight like hell for yourself. Be kind to yourself and those around you who may be struggling too. Ask for help. It’s okay to have relapses in your fight for yourself. Your head is a dangerous place but I promise people love you.
