If it was smart as an Orca, it would just fall into the deer, and they would both fall to the ground...
This isn't very high, so why wouldn't the dog jump on it? 🙁
The video is cut off for a reason. FYI - African wild dogs are an elite hunting pack. Killing over 90% of what they stalk. Way better than any wolf pack.
The body language and eyes of both animals is amazing to watch. Hunter vs. prey. Intelligent vs. mindless. Calculated vs. haphazard. The hunter is active. It has a mission and a purpose. The prey doesn't even seem to notice that it's being preyed upon. Regardless of who wins this particular battle, one is always hunter and one is always prey for a reason.
A little team work would have get them a dinner I love wolves 🐺
