If it’s one thing I learned about traveling internationally is that eggs and things made with eggs are WAY DIFFERENT tasting internationally because of the higher quality of the eggs abroad. It’s like night and day.

I heard someone recently say Italian food is overrated because it doesn't have a lot of seasoning. Idk how to describe it but trying Italian food in Italy is the only way to vouch for it. Glad you are taking a culinary journey with an open mind. Italian food is amazing
