Hearing that reallyโ€ฆheartbroken. Reallyโ€ฆsigh๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ I will really take better care of my body, honestly, I'm really heartbroken. Actually, todayโ€ฆwellโ€ฆwhile dancing Mr. Simple, I a littleโ€ฆchoked up๐Ÿ˜ข Every time I move, I feel pain, and suddenly the thought, "It seems like I don't have much time left to dance," popped into my headโ€ฆ I originally thought I could still dance in my 50s and 60s without feeling any fatigue, and of course I could still be jumping around everywhere, how could I not! But today, when I was trying so hard to jump high, move quickly, spin around quickly, and sit and stand up quickly, I know my body best. I kept feeling subtle pain, which really saddened me. Before my knee surgery, it was the same; I wanted to move quickly, but my body couldn't keep up with my mind. I felt very sad and disheartened. However, at least I have to try my best in front of you all. I need to look energetic so you can feel my energy. A performance is about communication, not just my own happiness. I need to bring you joy so you can enjoy it. Seeing your happiness makes me even happier. So Iโ€™m slowly realizingโ€ฆ ahโ€ฆ I really need to take better care of myself. cr _ode.eunhae_

On May 8, 2025 I underwent spinal fusion surgery, a 6 hour procedure in which I was filleted from front to back. First, my abdomen was opened up so that the surgeon could scrape out the disc between L5 and S1, replacing it with a perforated cage containing bone grafting material that was screwed into my vertebra. Then I was flipped over and opened up on my back so that my surgeon could screw vertical rods into L5 and S1 to secure my spine position to ensure the fusion sets properly. The procedure was successful, correcting 15 years of lower back debilitation due to severe Spondylolisthesis. However, the recovery process demanded I endure far more than I bargained for, debilitating me in ways I thought might handicap me permanently. For the first 3 months I could barely move. For the first six months my activity was limited to walking only. Pain was constant. At nine months I was still in so much discomfort, still so limited in my range of motion, still too unstable to do anything to elevate my heart rate. My weight ballooned. My muscles atrophied. My mood plummeted. And I was becoming resigned to the idea that my athletic identity (let alone performing extreme feats of ultra-endurance) was a thing of the past, a memory well behind me. But very slowly after that I began to turn a corner. At ten months, I finally felt stable enough to resume a very modest non-spine compressing return to fitness exercise regimen. Zone 1 indoor cycling, gentle core work, extremely low weight / high rep resistance training. Proceeding on a โ€˜less is moreโ€™ mandate in late November (which demands discipline for someone like myself prone to taking everything to the extreme, I just showed up every single morning to do what I could, and stop well before doing more than I should. Today I am down 35 pounds from November (207 to 171) including a body fat reduction from 20% to 11%. More importantly, I am beginning to feel like myself again. Grateful and hopeful. I still have a long way to goโ€”it takes 12-18 months for the fusion to fully set. My surgeon was not optimistic that I will be able to run again. Time will tell of course, but Iโ€™m confident that provided I continue to proceed patiently that I have a future in which running can become part of my new reality. Towards that end I have a goalโ€”which is to celebrate my 60th birthday this Fall by participating in the NYC Marathon. But hereโ€™s the thing. Iโ€™m not trying to return to who I once was. Iโ€™ve leaned into the stillness this experience has demanded of me to become someone new and better. I am posting this story not for external validation but rather to say that change is always possible. And the way to do it is the same way I have navigated every one of my many life transformations, from alcoholism to sobriety, from sedentary to middle aged ultra endurance athlete, and from a corporate lawyer career to becoming an author and podcaster: getting sober and staying sober: by taking contrary action consistently and religiouslyโ€”one day at a time. As Chris Paul said on my podcast, โ€œkeep stacking days.โ€ And remember, every obstacle life presents you is simply an opportunity custom-designed for your growth and evolution.

Nobody can ever say I was handed anything in my life! People are calling me the Cinderella of professional wrestling, but hereโ€™s the truth. Hereโ€™s parts of my Cinderella storyโ€ฆ. I didnt grow up in a family of wrestlers. My family did not understand wrestling and called it trash. I myself was called trash when I became a wrestler. So if I was going to make this happen, I have to do this alone. With that being said Wrestling schools are expensive. So I took whatever job I could find which happened to be night shift positions at Wal-mart. I was in LA so I could go to KNOKX PRO ENT. under life There I slept out of my vehicle in the day time without air conditioning! everyday for a full year. Just so I could train, just so I could become a wrestler!! Training was so important to me. I didnโ€™t want to be a Mountain Dew drinking Mark in tights? I wanted to be a professional athlete a professional actor, entertainer, a professional wrestler! But this is Godโ€™s plan not mine. During one of my matches I end up suffering an accident that put me in a wheelchair. I had to leave California and all my dreams were put on a shelf just so I could heal. I mean, wrestlers get hurt it happens. Itโ€™s all about how you get back up and what you do with yourself. Right? Well seven years passed 15 different doctors were seen, four surgeries were performed and not a single soul knew how to save my life. I was frustrated. I was losing my 20s. My whole entire life was slipping away and I was just existing in a wheelchair in agonizing pain. I had no relief. No hope! The pain had spread from my original injury to full body!! doctors didnโ€™t know what to do. They didnโ€™t understand my pain nor could they explain to me what was happening! I was terrified. If a doctor canโ€™t save me, then who could?! It was a dark time, The only thing that kept me alive during my wheelchair days was the idea of fulfilling my wrestling career. I know it sounds clichรฉ but wrestling as much as it killed me wrestling has saved me. With the medical community abandoning me I brought it upon myself to go to a planet fitness every single day and relearn how to walk again! Thatโ€™s right! I didnโ€™t have nurses holding my arms up as I taught myself how to walk again! I didnโ€™t have a rehab facility. I didnโ€™t have pain pills. I was raw dogging this as I was forced to do my rehab in a public fโ€™n gym?! Well after a year of hard work, I was in a planet fitness every single day for 10 hours, forcing my body to walk, willing it to stand for long periods of time and I did it!! I fought through this mysterious pain, relearn how to stand and walk, & I also lost over 100lbs! After these accomplishments I went to one last doctor to tell them my story. My final doctor after all of this hard work. She reviewed everything & gave me the bad news. My body was not battling a little wrestling injury. It actually activated a rare disease! Itโ€™s not just any diseases, but itโ€™s the most painful pain known to mankind! My dr with tears in her eyes asked me how I survived this long?! & that I was so brave! She was shock I havenโ€™t touched any pain pills nor any other treatments. It was just me, and my will to survive! She then told me that Iโ€™m a medical one in 1 million! โ€œYouโ€™re very much lucky to still be here with us kid! This sickness is nicknamed the suicide disease! Also Iโ€™m so sorry, but there is no cure!โ€ I have filmed my journey from the beginning. Being homeless, helping bleach out the mats, scrubbing toilets, going days without food. I did it all to become a professional wrestler. Just to be rob of my career! and then to be giving this horrible sickness for the rest of my life? With all of my suffering, going years undiagnosed, fighting back, and now getting my body to a point that it can take a bump in a ring?! For the past year I have spread awareness to my rare disease! Not only this but I have sparked hope in others that are sick! Iโ€™m the first of my kind, but I wonโ€™t be the last!

Imp would like to share something with you all today. A few days ago during a karaoke stream, before I sang this very song, I shared with my chat the story of how I discovered it and why it meant so much to me . . . Since I was a little imp, living at home with my family was always incredibly difficult. As much as I love my parents dearly, they didnโ€™t feel the same way about each other. Almost every morning, I woke up to them screaming through my walls, which often left me stuck in the middle, trying to be their therapist. After years and years of enduring this, I became emotionally exhausted and I eventually fell into a deep depression. And once I became the breadwinner, everything became even harder. Most of their arguments came down to money . . or rather, the lack of it. So I tried to find a solution. Every stream I ever did was for them. They gave me so much as a child, so I was happy to give back. I kept hoping that maybe, with my help, theyโ€™d find happiness again. That everything would finally stop. But it never did. It was never enough. Everyone kept telling me that what I was doing wasnโ€™t healthy, that I wasnโ€™t responsible for them, and that I needed to start choosing myself and doing things that make me happy. So one day, instead of ordering my usual coffee to go, I decided to bring my laptop and sit there, letting myself enjoy the outside for once. I know that moment might seem small to some people, but for me, allowing myself to sit there with the quiet breeze without rushing meant . . . everything. It was that very moment where I decided to finally move out and go live my dream in California so that I could hold onto this feeling of bliss forever. - And that's when this song played at the cafe. I sat there in silence after making that big decision and let the music wash over me. When the trumpet hit, tears poured down my face. I knew then, I was moving to California. I was going to live next to my best friends. I was going to see so many beautiful places. I was finally going to be free.

A Human in Snoworld The moment I crossed the portal, it happened so quickly I could barely comprehend it. The light changed, the air too, and my body felt a subtle shift. The next thing I knew, I was standing in the middle of another worldโ€ฆ and the portal was gone. I had arrived in Snoworld. The air was different from the very first moment. It wasnโ€™t oxygen, but it was made of something semi-compatible with my body. I inhaled cautiously, letting it fill my lungs little by little. It was denser than Earthโ€™s air, with a humid texture, like soft mist. It had a peculiar tasteโ€”something between mint, minerals, and popping candy. Each breath gave me a light tickle in my throat, which made me cough a little before I fully adapted. I felt lighter. My first step was clumsy, almost like a small hop. The ground beneath my feet was soft, yet firm. I moved with more ease than I expected, feeling about a third lighter than normal. Each movement flowed more smoothly, and even though my muscles didnโ€™t quite calculate the momentum correctly at first, I found it fascinating. It was a strange joyโ€”relearning how to walk, how to balance, how to move in a completely different place. I felt a slight headache from the pressure change, along with a sound that seemed to come from the planet itself. It was a deep, enveloping hum, accompanied by distant chimes, as if they were coming from the air, the ground, even inside my chest. As if the planet had its own vibration, a pulse. I looked upโ€”and my breath caught in my throat. Two moons. One was massive, nearly full, glowing like polished white marble. The other was smaller, sliding slowly across the sky. They were so close I could see the details on their surfaces. They were majestic. The sky had a soft glow, with no visible sun, yet bathed in a diffuse light that seemed to come from everywhere. There were no defined shadows. Only light, as if the air itself shimmered. Around me, the landscape looked like a dream. I saw colors my eyes had never seen before. Crystal trees that chimed when they moved. Plants with iridescent hues, shifting color depending on the lightโ€™s angle. The ground had a texture between stone and moss, and small glowing creatures slipped between the roots, barely revealing their shapes before vanishing again. And thenโ€ฆ I saw them. Beings. Inhabitants of Snoworld. Tall, short, thin or robust, but all of them shared one indescribable trait: they felt like they were part of the planet. Some had bark-like living skin. Others looked as if they were carved from polished stone or glowing crystal. Some moved with the grace of animals, with large, curious eyes. They stared at me in wonder, as if I were an unexpected apparition. And without saying a word, they began to approachโ€”cautiously, slowly, but without fear. One of them muttered something in a strange language, pointing at me. They looked me up and down. I suppose my clothesโ€”normal on Earthโ€”seemed bizarre to them. They wore no garments. โ€”"What a strange beingโ€ฆ its skin has multiple textures," one seemed to say, clearly referring to the fabric covering my body. And then, among them, I saw a different figure. A girl, with a radiant, friendly expression. Her skin was light blue, and in her eyes there was a comforting gleam. She stepped forward without hesitation, stopping just a few paces from me. She looked directly into my eyesโ€ฆ and smiled. I meanโ€ฆ Iโ€™m not a furry or anythingโ€ฆ BUT... in that moment, my heart definitely skipped a beat. And in that instant, I understood everything. There was no need for words. The gesture was enough. It was a welcome.

This is my younger sister. She has been in jail since last year. She's the youngest in our family and was always our dad's favorite child. Tragically, our dad passed away a few months ago. He used to be the one who visited her in prison. We haven't told her he's gone yet ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ. We just told her that he has traveled somewhere. Here is what happened to her: My sister owned a small shop. One day, a woman came in to buy some things. The woman asked my sister if she could watch her 7-year-old son while she went to buy the rest of her items elsewhere (things my sister didn't sell). My sister agreed. After about twelve minutes, the little boy said he was hungry. My sister went out to Itak Junction to buy him some food. When she returned, the boy was missing. She assumed he had simply gone off to play or gone home. Then, the boy's mother returned & was looking for him. My sister quickly explained what had happened, but the mother refused to listen to any explanation. The very next day, the mother reported my sister to the police, accusing her of kidnapping. My sister has been locked up ever since January of last year. Because of this, my dad sold almost everything he owned trying to get her released. He even started borrowing money, but nothing worked out to help her. About 2 months ago, my dad collapsed and died. Honestly, I am so incredibly tired and drained. I barely have enough money to feed myself. I have to send money for my mom's food, send money for my sister in jail, and I'm also trying to pay off the huge debts my dad left behind. Lately, people have been calling me to tell me how difficult things have become for my mom. I haven't even seen her in years. I hadn't seen my dad for years before he died, all because the cost of transportation is too much for me. My sister's name is Cynthia otege, and she is only 22

#ELLEBsideStory #ELLEThailand #beckysangels #ELLEBSideStoryxBECKY ๐ŸŽค: How did you enter the entertainment industry? Did you start by acting in dramas right away? ๐Ÿงšโ€โ™€๏ธ: Actually, it started when I was very young. Some people might know, some might not. I first entered the industry through singing competitions, because I really loved singing. That was my โ€œfirst love,โ€ you could say. So I practiced very hard and joined competitions, but at that time, that stage might not have been my path yet. And that was okay. I went back abroad to continue my studies. Later on, I came back. Iโ€™m someone who moves around a lot. After returning, there happened to be auditions for TharnType The Series Season 2. When I saw it, I felt it was worth trying. But I had many obstacles. I couldnโ€™t read Thai, I couldnโ€™t write Thai, and I couldnโ€™t even speak Thai fluently. So what could I use to compete? I remember thinking, what if I try and it doesnโ€™t go well? But I had my family supporting meโ€”my brother, my dad, my mom. They encouraged me and said, โ€œJust try. If you donโ€™t try, how will you know?โ€ And itโ€™s true. If I went and failed, so what? I would just go home and start over again. So Iโ€™m really grateful that the seniors at the time saw potential in me. That made me realize I had to work even harder, especially on my Thai. I had to give it my all. In the beginning, there were quite a lot of negative comments because my Thai really wasnโ€™t good. People would say things like, โ€œBecky doesnโ€™t speak clearly,โ€ or โ€œBeckyโ€™s acting isnโ€™t very good.โ€ At first, reading those comments made me feel down. But then I thought, okay, Iโ€™ll improve myself. I practiced Thai even harder, practiced singing Thai songs. Every day I had to send recordings to my manager, and I read from โ€œเธเธญ เน„เธเนˆโ€ all the way to โ€œเธฎเธญ เธ™เธเธฎเธนเธโ€ (the Thai alphabet). I read it out loud to him every single day. I believe that if we want to present a piece of work, it has to be sincere and real, because we need to respect the audience, respect ourselves, and respect everyone who believes in us. Gradually, things got better. Then I had the opportunity to act in GAP: The Series. I was also very thankful that the seniors saw my qualities and chose Becky to partner with Pโ€™Freen. That felt like a starting point that allowed more people to get to know us. The fans are all incredibly lovely and have always supported each other. This hasnโ€™t been an easy path, but Iโ€™m truly very proud of us.

6 figure/month business. Healthy family life, good health, and peace. A decade back I was a mess. I didnโ€™t change my life in one big decision. I changed it by following ten quiet rules I once ignored. I stopped waiting to โ€œretireโ€ from effort. I stayed active. And slowly, I felt useful again. Not someday. Now. I stopped rushing everything. I began to move slower and think clearer. Life stopped slipping through my hands. I stopped eating like I was trying to escape something. I left a little hungry. And in that space, I found control. I stopped isolating myself. I chose better people. Conversations became medicine instead of noise. I stopped neglecting my body. I trained for my next birthday, not for someday. My energy came back before my motivation did. I started smiling, even when I didnโ€™t feel like it. And strangely, my mood followed my face. I reconnected with nature. Sun, air, silence. It reset something deep inside me that no screen ever could. I started giving thanks. Not for everything. Just enough. And enough became more than I thought I needed. I stopped living in tomorrow. I pulled myself into the present. Thatโ€™s where peace was hiding the whole time. And finally, I stopped chasing purpose like a prize. I followed what felt right, what helped others, what made me come alive. Thatโ€™s when everything changed. Not overnight. Not dramatically. But quietly, consistently, completely. My life didnโ€™t become perfect. It became meaningful. And that was enough.

Some people might know, some might not. Actually, I entered the industry through a singing competition because I loved singing so much. Let's call it my first love, which was singing. I'm still very grateful to the adults who saw something in me because it made me have to practice Thai and do my best. At first, I have to say, the feedback was quite negative because my Thai was really bad. Some people said that Nong Becky didn't speak clearly and didn't act that good. At first, I felt disappointed to see things like that. But when I read those comments, I thought, "Why don't I use those things to improve myself?" I put effort into every singular one of my posts โ€ฆ with research โ€ฆ never engagement farm but for some reasons since the Minneapolis ICE event in January my account has been VISIBILITY LIMITED WHICH MEANS despite engagement the algo would rather push the people above than my content. Iโ€™m not sure if it was a brigading mass reporting event but regardless I have no answers. All I can tell everyone is my story and I hope Nikita Bier has the chance to see this as well. I went on X after finding out Elon purchased it because I was thrilled we wouldnโ€™t be suppressed for opinion finally. This was after a 9 year hiatus of not using Twitter. It was right after Butler because I was absolutely incensed that someone tried to harm our President in July of 2024. It was a MISSION to get the person who represents us Americans elected and threw my soul into this.. my heart myself into this the moment they tried to JFK 2.0 a man I have supported since 2015. It was a calling. It was never about money for meโ€ฆ Elon saved us from 1000 years of darkness and preserved free speech. Somewhere along the line after years of making nothing and pouring my heart into my posts I was lucky enough to be paid..my first X Payout was 50 bucksโ€ฆ I said to everyone of my friends Iโ€™m head just to break even on Premium . And one day after year being paid after spending hours a day with the SOLE GOAL of trying to do my part in what TINY WAY they started very generously compensating us.. my account was made in 2012 but I never used it because it was propaganda controlled Twitter. I RETURNED WHEN I SAW ELON DO THE MOST ALTRUISTIC THING ANYONE EVERY COULD IN 2024 And I had 12 followers and turned it in 74k . Then after The ICE Minneapolis in January incident when my account has just been absolutely throttledโ€ฆ I waited it out for days and weeks at a time without posting and contacted support to try to get an answer but to no avail. I stopped making content and commentary because I was told by Grok that I needed to stop posting for prolonged periods of time. Which I did in 10 day , 13 day and the multiple 2 week intervals. I went from making a good amount of money to absolutely ZERO Because the algorithm despite my heavy engagement would not push me. It is what it is and I am grateful for all X did BUT I just wish the support would respond quicker and explain on the algorithm changes and how to adapt. I have barely made content in MONTHS because I was trying to follow the advice to let the algo reset. 3 months later โ€ฆ it upsets me to see low effort foreign accounts racking up visibility while I now am vanished. Instead as you can see below it is boiler plate response from Premium I would invest HOURS of my day crafting posts.. yet here I am.. and people who clip Game of Thrones episodes in Nigeria ARE GETTING MILLIONS OF IMPRESSIONS in an engagement farm repost grift. Anyway. I said my peace. Iโ€™m happy above all we have a FREE SPEECH FORUM. Below is my conversation with support and my analytics prior to the OUT OF NOWHERE January cliff.

I know a setup like this for many people would look cool and convenient but hear me out. I would only utilize something like this while parked in a camping area with other people. I would not use this by myself in the middle of the woods like this. I donโ€™t feel they are safe and Iโ€™ll explain why. First off and most importantly, I donโ€™t see a safe way to secure it. Itโ€™s all thin plastic sheeting meant to be waterproof but can be easily cut to gain access. If anyone wanted to cause harm or rob you, all they have to do is cut through the sheeting and they would have access to everything. It wouldnโ€™t be hard to break into this. Then I look at how long it takes to setup, while it shows one person can set this up by themselves. Look at how long it takes to do this, itโ€™s very impractical. I feel something like this thatโ€™s an add on to a vehicle should be much easier, like pushing a button and everything is pops out by itself. In an emergency I couldnโ€™t imagine trying to fold things back in the right way while trying to escape. Could you imagine trying to outrun a bear in this only for it to be ripped off by tree branches cause you couldnโ€™t fold it in time? The scenario Iโ€™m thinking of is what if I am being chased by a wild animal like a wolf or a bear. I couldnโ€™t just hop in my Jeep and take off with this setup. Everything is folded out and tethered into the ground. Itโ€™s not like a traditional tent I could leave behind. If I was out camping with friends for a few days I think this could be ok. But doing a van life of camping for months at a time during the summer months wouldnโ€™t be safe or practical as a solid unit like a standard RV. I wouldnโ€™t be comfortable or safe in something like this.
