The power of a grandmother's prayers... Here's the story of a young man I met who had come to the end of himself after a night of partying that landed him in the hospital. It was his wake-up call — he knew he needed to get right with God. The next thing he asked for was his grandmother's Bible. Watch the rest of the story here.

Dinner at The Golden Steer is always a splurge for a special occasion or for celebrating. This is easily the most popular steakhouse in town & the hardest reservation to get. It’s an expensive foodie experience, but it feels like authentic old school Las Vegas, and a throw back to the golden era days of mobster lore, with steak, seafood & nostalgia. #vegas #lasvegas #vegasstarfish #travel #food

THE TWILIGHT ZONE (1962)🎄 Professor Ellis Fowler is an elderly English literature teacher at a boys' prep school in Vermont, who is forced into retirement after teaching for more than 50 years at the school. Looking through his old yearbooks and reminiscing about his former students, he becomes convinced that all of his lessons have been in vain and that he has accomplished nothing with his life. Deeply depressed, he prepares to kill himself on Christmas Eve next to a statue of the famous educator Horace Mann Before he can commit suicide, however, he’s called back to his classroom by a phantom bell, whereupon he’s visited by the ghosts of several boys who were his students, some of whom later died heroically. Each of them tell him how he inspired them to become better men. Deeply moved, Fowler accepts his retirement, content that his life is fuller for having enriched the lives of the boys. DONALD PLEASENCE is as superb as ever in this incredibly powerful episode.

A 3-year-old sneaked out of the house and walked half a mile to see his grandmother in Idaho – and the journey was all caught on video. His mother Hannah Driscoll said he asked if he could go to his grandmother's house on Sunday morning. "I told him no because it was early, and I believed he had accepted that answer,” Driscoll said. The child was unharmed, and the boy's grandmother called to tell Driscoll he was safe.
