The reality is , it’s decades away . To get to the point where all cars and vehicles are autonomous is not gonna come close to happening in Elons lifetime. Been a Tesla and Elon supporter for a very long time. Have recently come to the realization that he has great ideas , yet talk about them as fact. Yet most of his promises have never actually happened. SD has been promised for over a decade and people have been pay in g for it. Cybertruck ( which I intended to buy ) is a complete failure , was supposed to have 590 mile range many other features and start at $39,000 . Starting selling over $100,000 and has had many recalls , major battery/motor issues that Tesla is trying to downplay. Can give away the trucks. They have 1000’s that are on lots everywhere. The Roadster still hasn’t happened. Optimus is a decade away and is still tethered and control by humans. The Austin Cybercab is going to be like a smart lawnmower and have geofencing. The amount of crashes , computer mistakes , citizen vandalism, lawsuits will be daily news if full autonomy is attempted with Cybercab
