So funny thing about Jessica appearing in cartoons with her husband, isn't just to shoehorn her in, in cannon because Roger became so popular he was able to get his wife parts in his cartoons because her dream was to be taken seriously as a cartoon actress.

I'm confused, I only knew about the movie, Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Did he actually have a cartoon?

Three shorts were produced (‘Roller Coaster Rabbit’ ‘Tummy Trouble’ and ‘Trail Mix-Up’) and shown before Disney movies in theaters in the early 90s. You can find the shorts now as bonus features on the ‘Who Framed Roger Rabbit?’ Blu-ray or you can watch them online on YouTube. 🖤
