Strike Turkish weapons and bases inside Syria when Turkish troops aren’t present, avoiding a direct attack on Turkey or its forces that could raise the question of NATO intervention. So far, the dynamic has been clear. Turkey moves weapons into Syria, Israel destroys them, and Ankara responds with rhetoric.
