Nice propaganda. The radar gets hit just 1–2 seconds after it starts rotating. At the beginning of the video, you cut the footage to make it look like the radar had already been spinning for a long time. Propaganda rejected.

Well obviously - the radar was offline judging from the video feed. Here is another video where it was active, also in Sudan.

No idea. Then again this Hisar-A was being operated by the Sudanese military, not the Turkish military. They aren't as resourceful as the Turks are. I bet ten bucks the destroyed Hisar-A was working standalone, hence why it was caught without its radar active (not spinning)

Most probably single Shorad can only do so much.

In Sudan everything is open, and they don't even know how to operate everything properly this makes these these things easy target

The image is old, perhaps there was no ammunition because the radar was active but the missile wasn't firing. It's been updated if there were any missing details. The important thing is the success rate.
