Today is autistic pride day. And there is something special about being able to post a video of me stimming, when even going back a year or two years I could never have done that. My autistic traits are the parts of myself I grew up feeling embarrassed about. I wanted to hide it all away, to blend in and be like everyone else. But no matter how hard I tried, I just wasn’t like everyone else, and trying to be broke me. I don’t think autistic pride means you have to love being autistic. I think autistic pride is about taking back the power from the world and the people that wanted me to hide my autistic self. Learning to love myself as I am, accept myself for who I am, and know that I am autistic and that is okay. It is not good, it is not bad - it just IS. I know I am lucky to be able to discover the authentic me, and feel safe to be myself. I am leaning in to the authentic version of me as fully as I can. Happy #AutisticPrideDay. Know that however you feel about this day is okay. However you feel about being autistic is okay. ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜 (also taking a moment to feel the emotion that I can even post this caption, after years and years of hating myself. this is healing).

🐈‍⬛ first of all, i think our upcoming 8th mini-album is going to be out really soon 🦮 on the 21st 🐈‍⬛ first of all, as all the members said, we’re really confident about it. i wanted this to be the highest point of our career at this moment, and i believe this album is going to do that for us. 🐈‍⬛ and after that, i think we’ll just keep going on with the world tour. we only just started. this is our second or third stop here in the u.s. and latin america, and we still have a long way to go and a lot of things to do. 🐈‍⬛ the only thing i can say is that everything’s going to be amazing

And it's also not many countries that I would go out and have about a two hour walk, which I did yesterday. I'm not much of a walker, but I wanted to get myself out. It was really cool to see. 🧸 ah i wanted to talk about this! i saw a lot of people holding birthday cafes at the cafes in front of the cafe and in a lot of other places…it was a shame that i couldn’t see it with my own eyes but i was really grateful that day because so many people were celebrating my birthday 🧸 if it were up to me, it wasn’t for the surgery, i would go to the cafes in front of the company and i’d want to give something to moas if there were any that there were there…but maybe on my next birthday or when i get the time again, i’ll make the dream that i couldn’t fulfil this time, come true 💗

🐈‍⬛: first of all, i think our upcoming 8th mini album is going to be out really soon… as all the members said, we’re really confident about it. i wanted this to be the highest point of our career at this moment, and i believe this album is going to do that for us. 🐈‍⬛: and after that i think we will just keep going on with the world tour. we only just started. this is our second or third stop here in the us and latin america, and we still have a long way to go and a lot of things to do. 🐈‍⬛: the only thing i can say is that everything’s going to be AMAZING
