I recently realized that when I’m hungry, I tend to feel really down. But I really don’t want to overeat anymore. The feeling of being just comfortably full makes me happy, but being overly full from eating too much is really uncomfortable. So I always try to eat just enough, but I have a big appetite, so it’s hard. Recently, I’ve really realized how much I love food. I’ve discovered that I have a huge appetite. I was eating quickly, in case someone might eat it before me, and… yeah. But why am I so thin? I really can’t gain weight anymore. It doesn’t come back easily. I thought it would come back quickly, but maybe it’s because I’ve been consistently working out since the fashion show? I feel like I look smaller these days… but I like how I am now. I’m proud of myself for eating just the right amount and exercising healthily. You guys tell me to gain weight, but I’m already eating well and exercising on top of that.
