The original play came with two outs in the ninth on June 2, 2010 and changed both men's lives. The documentary is worth watching because both men can finally talk about the same moment with distance. The story became bigger than one wrong call because of how they handled everything afterward.

This scene in "99 River Street" (1953) stretching over 10 minutes is among the greatest in Film-Noir history. The performance of both John Payne and Evelyn Keyes is great throughout the movie, but in this scene it is as perfect as it could get. Phil Karlson is one of the most unique filmmakers of the period who made some of the gritty, brutal and realistic noirs. This movie is certainly among his best. Do watch this one if you haven't yet. I highly recommend his works. P.S: Remembering the great American filmmaker Phil Karlson on his 118th birthday!
