This is why I use terms such as HPM…so the burden can be shared across the playing group, across the coaching staff, across departments, across the organisation as a whole. An all-in feel on HPM. People supporting each other in the search for excellence. People driving each other on with shared language and shared behaviours. People overcoming Individual exhaustion by helping each other drill intent. High attention Optimal intensity High intent We go again in activity after activity. Session after session. Day after day. And we help each other do so. My voice is an aid for you. My gestures lifting your actions. My instructions constant reminders of what you can do. HPM - all-in!
