This is my second post showing extracts from the Peri live of Belgian hottie Fiona's sixteenth birthday party. As a reminder, it's Covid lockdown, so she unfortunately can't have a party and just spends the day doing lives with her best friend Zoé . But that doesn't stop her from enjoying herself. As a matter of fact, this is already her third ciggie in about an hour. Yeah, as she says herself; she's young, but already very mature. So no wonder that she's a full-on smoking chimney. Fiona is so massively addicted that her parents allowed her to smoke in her room, and even gave her her very own ashtray. And at the end she can barely get her butt in it because it's already so full. She's so amazing; just look how that ciggie goes effortlessly between her lovely lips and how she starts pumping herself chock-full of smoke in that hot white turtleneck sweater. And she's just so relaxed from all the nicotine rushing through her young body. This heavily addicted teen girl really needs her nicotine so badly. Just imagine how badly that lovely sweater must be smelling of cigarette smoke. Oh man, how I would have wanted to hang out with a girl like Fiona when I was sixteen years old! No wonder that the teen boys go absolutely nuts for her on her live. And she makes them understand that she has at least as much experience with smoking boys as with cigarettes. These girls just love having all-round fun; they're also saying that they're waiting to get their hands on some weed to get absolutely shitfaced. How can you not get hooked on such an amazingly cool girl? #smoking #smokingfetish #sexysmoker #sexysmoking #cigarette #girlsmoke #smokingwoman #smokinggirl #smokingbabe #smokingbeauty #cig #chainsmoker #heavysmoker #girlswhosmokecigarette #chainsmoking #girlswhosmoke #smokingmodel #smokinghot #smoker #smokergirl #cigarette #addicted #smokingaddiction #livesmoking #birthdaygirl #birthdaysmoking #inhale #exhale #whiteturtleneck #turtlenecksweater #turtleneckfetish #teensmoking #teensmoker #smokingteen #coolgirl #hotgirl #sexygirl #belgiangirl #belgiansmoker

🧵 ASAP Rocky vs Drake — A DEEPER LOOK (Receipts, Not Revisionism) ASAP Rocky recently went on The Joe Budden Podcast and claimed the reason he dissed Drake on “Stole My Flow” and other songs on the (Don’t Be Dumb) project is because Drake has been “taking shots at him for years” while he stayed silent. That narrative doesn’t hold up when you look at the full history. This has been back and forth tension for nearly half a decade, with Rocky repeatedly firing first musically, visually, and symbolically and Drake responding in kind. 📌 The Real Starting Point (2021) •May 2021: ASAP Rocky & Rihanna confirm their relationship in GQ •June 2021: Rocky previews “D.M.B (Dat’s My B*tch)” in a Klarna ad •Extended version leaks shortly after •The intro and bars clearly frame Rihanna as a “prize won,” widely interpreted as a Drake sub •Video rollout goes viral with Rihanna as the love interest, doubling down on the flex September 3, 2021 •Drake drops Certified Lover Boy •Multiple bars are read as indirect responses to Rocky’s rollout September 13, 2021 •ASAP Rocky & Rihanna attend the Met Gala •Rocky wears a quilted blanket outfit, which many saw as a calculated visual jab toward Drake 2022 •Pregnancy announcement 4 months later first child is born •8 days later, Rocky officially drops the D.M.B video, once again starring Rihanna •Drake responds months later on Her Loss, continuing the subliminal exchange 📌 Escalation Era (2023) •Rihanna performs at the Super Bowl, visibly pregnant again •Shortly after: •ASAP Rocky previews “Stole My Flow” at Rolling Loud •The clip goes viral immediately •Rocky then drops “Riot”, another track interpreted as a Drake jab Drake Responds •October 6, 2023: Drake releases For All The Dogs •Tracks like “Fear of Heights” and “Another Late Night” contain clear subs •Drake even trolls Rocky’s Rolling Loud appearance by wearing colorful hair clips, mirroring Rocky’s look Rocky’s Counter •Puma x F1 partnership rollout featuring Rocky and Rihanna •Rocky positions himself as a fashion forward mogul while taking subtle cultural shots 📌 Diss Cycle Goes Public (2024) •Rocky jumps on Future & Metro Boomin’s Drake diss project •Track: “Show of Hands” •Drake fires back on “Family Matters”: “Rakim talkin’ shit again…” •Drake follows with 100 Gigs for Your Head Top •Rocky responds with “Tailor Swif” and “Hijack” •Drake answers again with: •No Face •SOD •Circadian Rhythm •Rocky doubles down with another Puma F1 campaign, leaning into optics instead of direct records 📌 Optics, Timing & Strategy (2025) •Rolling Loud: Rocky performs multiple Drake sub tracks like Helicopter •Met Gala 2025: •ASAP & Rihanna announce another pregnancy • Rocky does late night appearance with Anna wintour on Seth meyers •Rihanna drops a Smurfs soundtrack song produced by the same producer behind Drake’s “Nokia” •Lyrics hint at déjà vu 👀 Drake’s Response •Headlines Wireless Festival solo •Sends an unspoken message: I don’t need Rolling Loud or a stacked lineup •July 4, 2025: Drake drops “What Did I Miss?” •Same day: Rocky drops “Pray4DaGang” •July 25, 2025: Drake drops “Which One” viewed as a Rihanna centered response 📌 The Album Delay & Final Drop (2026) •Rocky teases Don’t Be Dumb for nearly three years •Avoids direct release windows where Drake might step on the moment •January 2026: •Rocky finally drops the album •Includes the same Drake diss tracks previewed years earlier •Then goes on podcasts claiming Drake dissed him “out of nowhere” 🎯 Final Take This wasn’t: ❌ sudden ❌ unprovoked ❌ one sided It was: ✔️ long term ✔️ strategic ✔️ mutually escalated ASAP Rocky has been sending shots through music, fashion, relationships, timing, and optics. Drake has been responding consistently and directly. That’s hip hop Trying to reframe it as“I stayed quiet and Drake attacked me”

“Rahhhh-ger CLARA Ship…the deck is moving.” Landing Signals Officers, aka “Paddles,” are the heartbeat of a Carrier Air Wing. Sometimes they give you an arguably undeserved bad grade (what do you mean that was a “full high” at the start…I had a rails pass all the way down!). And then they save your life. I met my first squadron off the coast of Japan in Feb 2008. I had a grand total of 22 Super Hornet traps under my belt and was thrust into the big leagues at the tender age of 26. Winter in the Sea of Japan is tough. The cold weather meant we needed to wear impermeable, full-body rubber suits under our flight gear, providing survival time if we had to eject into the frigid water. It also meant the seas were rough and the cloud cover was often low. A perfect mix for a young “nugget” pilot like myself to get himself into trouble when landing. To be blunt, I started as a below average ball flyer. My landing grades were bad. And then I got launched into a marginal weather day in pitching deck conditions. The flight itself was uneventful. But the 75 minutes of flight time was overshadowed by the inevitable need to land back on the ship in what we knew were going to be sporty conditions. The 5 minutes before landing was spent completely in the clouds. We only had one navigation aide available that day due to ships maintenance, so the air traffic controllers talked us down to a point where they handed us off to the LSOs. The controller ended with an abrupt “you’re at three quarters of a mile…on glide slope, on centerline, call the ball.” I couldn’t see the ship. Mustering as much confidence as I could in that terrifying moment, I abruptly pushed over the radio “CLARA ship.” CLARA means you can’t see something. “CLARA ship” means I couldn’t see the ship. And I was 15 seconds to landing, traveling 150 miles per hour, with a 700 foot per minute descent rate. Then the voice of CAG Paddles calmly slid into my ears: “Rahhhh-ger CLARA ship…the deck is moving. You’re a little high, easy with it.” This tested, 32 year old man, standing on the back of the ship, had my landing light in sight, and started smoothly talking me down. He also noted that the carrier deck was pitching up and down…implying he was gonna get me aboard safely. Those surreal moments passed with confident, directive, but calming words pouring into my headset that my hands and eyes instinctively responded to. The hundreds of practice passes learning that guidance made the real thing automatic. Suddenly, the ship appeared and a moment later we jerked to a stop. We had landed. “Nice work 107.” Thanks Paddles. For getting me aboard safely and saving my life. I never disputed a landing grade after that. Fly Navy.

‼️‼️COBB COUNTY, GA‼️‼️ Rocky (21683) is available for adoption… ⬇️ READ HIS STORY ⬇️ Rocky is only 4 years old, hound mix. He arrived at the shelter just two weeks ago, on August 12th. He was found as a stray with an ID, so the shelter reached out to his family. Sadly, they decided not to come for him… 🥺💔 Ever since Rocky arrived, he has been struggling here. He spends his days curled up in his bed, and recently, he stopped eating. The shelter has been trying to get him to eat by adding wet food to his dry food, but he still wasn’t eating.💔 In just two weeks at the shelter, Rocky has lost 7 pounds‼️💔 Today, I was asked to go visit Rocky because he really needed help and visibility. I decided I was also going to try to feed him. I thought maybe if I hand-fed him, he would be willing to eat. Maybe he just needed to feel loved. Maybe he needed someone to sit with him and remind him that he wasn’t alone. So I got a can of wet food and took Rocky into the bonding room. And he ate. ❤️😭🙏🏻 He ate half of the can, and that absolutely made my entire day.💖 Rocky is such a sweet boy, but he is also incredibly sad. You can see how much this environment is affecting him. I took him outside, took him for a walk, spent some time with him, and told him that he was loved. Before I left, I put him back in his kennel, and he went straight back to his bed.💔 I promised him that together, we would find him a family.💖 Please, please help me keep my promise. 💔 The longer Rocky stays in this overcrowded shelter, the harder it is becoming for him... He desperately needs someone to come save his life. Please don’t let Rocky become another dog who loses hope inside a shelter kennel. He deserves a family who will love him, give him time to heal, and never give up on him. Rocky is waiting. Please don’t let him wait much longer. ❤️ (He shows positive body language around other dogs on his walks. He seems to be dog-friendly, but a meet and greet at the shelter with your dog is always recommended.) COBB COUNTY ANIMAL SERVICES 1060 Al Bishop Drive Marietta, GA 30008 (770) 499-4136

Day 6: What a glorious morning in the USA. We've only been in this beautiful country for 6 days and we absolutely love it. It's been a long time since I've seen my wife this happy and hopeful. The overwhelming kindness and real concern and care our community extends towards us pushes us upwards and pushes us forward. Today started slow after our meeting with our resettlement agency was rescheduled 1hr later. As updated previously someone from Spangler Restoration did come assess the mold and we're expecting a full clean by tomorrow. Will follow up, but will keep the mold updates separate from now on because it will not get us down or beat us down nor distract us from all the wonderful aspects of our journey. That said we'll give them hell should they stutter or falter. We will also conduct our own testing with a 5 minute mold test and sample kit that will get sent to a lab proudly gifted to us by American patriots who bought it for us in our Amazon wish list. We met with the resettlement agency and they went over information and asked us how we are doing and how the last 5 days have been. They are too keeping an eye on the mold issue and are also waiting for the next update from management. They explained our documentation and informed us again that we entered approved to work immediately. We have work authorization from day 1. However, some employers are too cautious employing illegals and as such people with our documentation face challenges getting employed before and EAD card and SSN card has been issued. We'll have to see them tomorrow again. This if for signing of consent forms apply as proxy for SSN etc. I informed the agency that I've applied with Rides for Refugees who could potentially hook us up with a donated vehicle which would make the world of difference to be able to travel with my son to appointments. There is still a big journey lying ahead for us. More medical assessments and SSA visits etc. My body is aching from the physical labor after doing the fibre trenches yesterday. I can hardly walk. 😂 I overdid It while shadowing with the ride along yesterday. Apparently it takes about 2 weeks to get work fit. If they contract me I will take the offer immediately and I'll start with training after two weeks of digging fibre trenches. I'm coming from journalism and web hosting office jobs into the sun and I'm totally game for it. Anything to start earning dollars and it's an industry I want to get into. So it's win win and I can't be more grateful for this opportunity. Back in South Africa I would've never have had this opportunity. I can't wait to find out if and when I start. One of you kind people gifted me work boots and cargo pants from ma Amazon wish list. So I'm ready on day one. And another wonderful person on X I'm forever grateful for, gifted me peace of mind, for when I have to go off to work leaving my wife and baby behind, we now have a ring doorbell camera installed this evening letting both of us know of any trouble or visitors while healing our angst and worry, PTSD, we undoubtedly brought with us from South Africa. We have also received the gifted Air purifier this afternoon and it's already doing wonders in our single bedroom where Nova sleeps with us, where it will help ease the odors, it's affects, albeit temporarily, and will help us have a proper rest during the night for the first time until the specialists clean the HVAC. I will be posting pictures and thanking individuals who opened their hearts. I will never forget what your doing for us, for my family, for my son. I have sacrificed my son's past, his Afrikaner culture and to a degree his Afrikaans language for a future in which he can reach his full potential, he will grow up American and we all including my family will fight to protect American values and the future of this great nation, & I am and will always be a proud Amerikaner dad. Thank everyone of you, members of my community, God bless all of us. 🇺🇸🙏

Losing weight is ridiculously easy in 2025. But if your insulin is high, your body can't burn fat. Ever worse? High insulin wrecks testosterone and quietly drives your blood pressure through the roof. Here are 6 ways to lower it naturally👇 1. Lower your carbohydrate intake Carbs break down into glucose the fastest, forcing your pancreas to pump out insulin to control the spike. When you reduce daily carb load, your blood sugar stays stable. Stable blood sugar = less insulin released = easier fat-burning mode 2. Walk after every meal (even inside the house) A 5-minute walk acts like a glucose sponge. Your muscles pull sugar out of your bloodstream for energy, which lowers the insulin needed to process that meal. Even slow indoor walking reduces post-meal glucose by up to 30% in some studies. 3. Eat protein & fat before carbs Protein and fat slow stomach emptying. When carbs hit your bloodstream more slowly, insulin rises gently instead of spiking. This “food order” trick can reduce the insulin response by 20–40% with the same exact meal. Crazy, right? 4. Fasting. When you’re not eating, your insulin drops. And the longer insulin stays low... The more your body shifts into burning stored fat for energy. Want to supercharge your fasting and knock down blood sugar faster? Berberine might help. It doesn’t simply lower blood sugar and insulin the “natural way”. It activates the enzyme AMP‑activated protein kinase (AMPK) — a fat-burn accelerator. Find it here (Black Friday Amazon Deals) 👇 I also created a FULL-GUIDE on how to use Berberine properly (even if you have never taken it before). Comment "Send" and I'll send it over. (must Follow so I can DM) 4. Strength training. Your muscles act like insulin sponges. The more muscle you have, the more glucose you can store without needing high insulin. Even a single strength workout can increase insulin sensitivity for up to 24–48 hours. 5. Get 7–8 hours of sleep. Poor sleep raises cortisol, and cortisol tells your body to pump out more glucose. More glucose = more insulin. Good sleep resets your hormones overnight and improves insulin sensitivity the next day by 20–30%. 6. Get enough sunlight. Sunlight triggers nitric oxide release in the skin, which helps improve glucose uptake. - Lowers cortisol - Reduces cravings - Stabilizing blood sugar - Sets your circadian rhythm More sunlight = lower insulin throughout the day. My DMs are always open for ANY questions you might have. Thanks for reading until the end, see you in the next one. *Every body works differently, this is not medical advice, just what worked on me." *Always consult a health expert before following any protocols." *Affiliate links included.*

War of the Walgreens: A San Francisco Documentary Caught in the crossfire, Asian Americans Grocery Store Employees attacked by violent drugged out thieves as Democrat leaders virtue signal instead of act. Darren Stallcup, World Peace Movement From 2019 to 2025, I spent years both fighting back recording what was happening in San Francisco at our local grocery stores, especially Walgreens. Documenting all the chaos and lawlessness I was witnessing firsthand on X because all the other media platforms wouldn't let me share my videos because the videos of my every day life violated community guidelines on their platforms but my real world community guidelines were being violated. X allowed me to share my story with the world. And now that same story might help an innocent Asian American man fighting for his freedom in a corrupt far left judicial system that forces tax paying law abiding citizens with no criminal record to do hard time while at the same time letting violent criminals out of jail the next day. Guang Hong, is a 44yo Asian American Walgreens employee in San Francisco and On March 19, 2025, Hong allegedly "stabbed" a violent drug addict thief, 30yo Larry Whitlock, in the eye during a power struggle in the Castro District, a predominantly gay neighborhood in San Francisco's outer downtown area. The incident began when a deranged Whitlock was seen fleeing the Walgreens at 498 Castro Way with stolen goods, democrats like to call it "unpaid merchandise" and other countries like those hands. Around 4:15 AM, A chaotic altercation eventually spilled out onto the street which lead to power struggle between Hong and the thief. Hong was then forced to resort to the only means of self defense at his disposal: his keys, and he then alleged stabbed Whitlock in the eye. Hong was arrested and booked on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, while Whitlock was hospitalized with non life threatening injuries. This is the thousandth instance of such a situation. Be very clear America, this has occurred thousands of times in San Francisco. I believe this Asian American man to not only be fighting for his life, but also our San Francisco Community and America The Great. I have been filming the realities of California streets since 2019. My documentation of the mass theft happening at Walgreens is unparalleled. I saw countless criminals, drug addicts and homeless people storming in, stealing whatever they could and leaving chaos behind. They use being a "victim" as a tool to exploit the lenient laws of our sanctuary city. The entitlement is ridiculous. This is not just a one time thing, it happened over and over again, like a never ending problem that no one could stop. And it didn't stop. All the Walgreens are closing down. This was one of the last few remaining Walgreens. After working at the Walgreens for years, enduring long days of hard work in San Francisco's very difficult and hostile business environment. You bet our Asian American Brother was ready to die on that hill. An Asian American Walgreens employee in San Francisco had enough. A thief came in, probably thinking it would be another easy grab, but this time, the employee fought back. He stabbed the thief in the head with his keys. Can you believe it? That story exploded across the news, spreading all over the country like a wildfire. Everyone was talking about it. But there’s so much more to this story that you probably didn’t hear about. I’m here to tell you the side of things that doesn’t always make it to the headlines, THE REAL RAW TRUTH about what’s been going on. I call it the "War of the Walgreens," because that’s what it felt like every day... a battle that just wouldn’t end. For years, I stood there every night, watching it all go down. I wasn’t just a bystander, though, one day I snapped after watching 50+ people ransack our local grocery store, and I turned into a vigilante. I couldn’t sit back and do nothing while these waves of thieves kept coming, one after another, like an army attacking our stores. Wave after wave. Hordes of thieves. I fought back however I could, trying to protect what was left. I hope this documentary shines a light on the darkness that’s been hiding in plain sight. This isn’t just about theft or crime, t’s about all of our grocery stores closing down because of mass theft and the people who have to deal with it every single day. Especially our Asian American brothers and sisters who work in these stores. They’ve been putting up with this craziness for years, abuse, disrespect and danger, all while just trying to do their jobs. I want you to see what they’ve been through because the world needs to know the truth about what is really happening in downtown San Francisco.

how I’m building fractl for a $10M exit in 6 months, so I can produce my dream musical 🎤🎬 I don't know how 🤷🏼‍♀️ That's what the show is about ha. Figuring it out, in real time. Wish me luck lol fractl's new docu-series ‘‘The Crypto Hustle’ launches feb 26. Final-fucking-ly. thank you Superteam Canada & Solana for the funding and for making Episode 1 possible 🥰 For those of you who are new here, hiiii 🙋🏼‍♀️ my name is Rime Salmi, I'm an artist who accidentally built the biggest investor network in web3. And now we're producing a 12 episode documentary about how I'm working my way back to being an artist, with funding. the origin story. when I crashed with the last crypto cycle, back to zero (plus tax) at my grown age, I had to ask myself what the hell I was gonna do with my life. I always just wanted be an artist. With agency. So i worked and paid for everything, studio, music videos, started a record label, all that to keep my artistic freedom, for my entire career. Had some success, lots of failed experiments, lots of tears, and lots of fun. After I lost everything to the terra luna crash (mistakes were made 🥲), I had to figure out how I would fund the dream next. I needed a break from the emotional roller coaster of trading crypto, so I went back to school for the grant money (thank you government of Canada). I relocated to madrid for a change, and started making tiktoks. Skits that I thought were funny. Skits that i thought were risky but honest and necessary. I’ve always loved saying out loud what others are ashamed to even think 🤓 if you follow me on ig or tt you know ha I was having a blast. Creating all day. Some tiktoks took off. Ones that felt very personal. I felt seen. I was at my happiest, filming, editing, singing and pretending to listen in class, for the grant money. Then it hit me. That's what i want. I wanna be telling stories. I dont wanna be just a singer, just a songwriter, just an actress waiting for auditions to come my way. I wanna do it all, tell more stories, write and produce them. so…A musical? But I hate musicals 😭 why do they start singing in the middle of a conversation?!? whyyyyy A musical for people who don't like musicals??!!! 🥹 That’s it!! A MUSICAL FOR PEOPLE WHO DONT LIKE MUSICALS 🤩 DONE. So from the lowest of my finances, in the middle of career confusion, with a bruised ego from failing so miserably at my first crypto cycle, I found something great to get excited about for the rest of my life. I needed to validate the feasibility… because I know I’m a dreamer who gets shit done, but I’m very much a idealist. so I asked my good friend of mine and the producer of my first 2 albums Benny Adam (now a rising star, this is me clout chasing) for advice. I asked him: ‘is this too much? For me to wanna produce a whole as* Netflix series, music and all?? He’s the most talented, ambitious yet realistic guy I know. And I knew he would tell it to me like it is, but kindly. Because he’s also a nice human 🫶🏽 ‘So?? Is it too big of a project??’ He paused… I looked at him, hopeful 🥹 ‘Ya. It’s a reeeally big project 😕’, he said. Fuck. and then he paused, again. Just tell me, I thought. Tell me aaaall the reasons this is a bad idea… 😞 beat. ‘But if anyone can do it, it’s you’ cue inspiring battle field music Reeeallyyyyy? 🥹 I teared up. I’m tearing up now writing this. Because at that low point in my life, that’s what I needed. Just one person who really knew me, to remind me, despite my circumstances, of who I am and what I’m capable of. That I’m crazy, yes, but in a good way 👉🏽👈🏽 Shokran Benny. I don’t think you know how much that meant to me (I’m gonna tell him again because he’s on episode 4 of the Crypto Hustle ha) Ok. So. Musical it is. When I ran out of back-to-school government money, and needed to be an adult again, I reintegrated the crypto space, with a purpose. I called my friend and mentor Armando Pantoja and asked him what he thought I should go for in terms of job (I needed a break from entrepreneurship). He said ‘I’ve seen you at conferences, you’re really good with people, you know marketing, and you actually understand crypto. He said go to conferences, you’ll figure it out. Just show up’ I did. I showed up to eth denver 2022 and I started the first iteration of what became fractl as an influencer marketing agency, because I saw a good skill-market fit and because I couldn't find a job lol but I hated it. I dont wanna manage influencers, I don't wanna manage artists. I’m an artist, I would never manage me, that's crazy 😂 One thing led to the other I became a fractional CMO. An opinionated one 🤓 I found myself always trying to lead founders towards personal storytelling… suggesting they put themselves out there more. I really believed that it would help them build trust in a space that so desperately needs it. Then, I started hosting our investor events (to get leads for the agency), and saw the struggle of founders building and fundraising at the same time and the original idea for this show started to form. We need bolder marketing in this space. What if we followed these founders around the world at all these conferences and followed their journey, building a company, raising, launching a token, failing. In these ruthless markets, with the drama of personal sacrifices… I could see it so clearly 😃 So I started pitching it. THE BEST MARKETING CAMPAIGN EVER GUYS!! WHO'S IN?? No one. I couldn't convince a single founder of the vision.🥲 Maybe I wasn’t qualified enough in their eyes to carry out such a big vision, following multiple founders on a 6 month production around the world. They were probably right lol But I’m also a little crazy. And really really stubborn. That's something right?? A few months later, inspiration still strong, I told pablo erminy who's worked on multiple Netflix shows about it and he said: ‘why dont you just tell YOUR story? You have a great story, people will wanna watch you build in public to fund your artist dream. As a first reality tv production, one story is more than enough to handle.’ Wise man. Maybe i did underestimate how complex a multi-lead, international, real-time, film production would be 😬 Done. because I know great advice when I hear it. PIVOT! 🛋️ So that’s how ’The Crypto Hustle’ was born. This journey I was trying to sell to other founders, I would do it for myself. show not tell. Now the funding. I tried selling the project to sponsors on and off for over a year, between the normal fractl operations, hiring, training, firing, messing up, learning. And only ended up spreading myself so thin, that I neglected the core business. Company became a mess (for others reasons too, that I will come up on the show, hint: boys) Bottom line is, we lost more money than we made, trying to sell a show. I should've known. Film fundraising is a producer’s full time job lol Fast forward 1 year, 2 pilots and a near bankruptcy later, I’m now launching Episode 1 from Korea and just wrapping episode 2 from Hong Kong. No funding. (except for Episode 1, thank you again Superteam Canada 🥰) Fuck it. Might not be the big production I had envisioned, but all the core principles and the emotions, and team talent is there.. An MVP. Now. because waiting for things to align would just delay this indefinitely. And because I have more conviction than ever. not only in authentic storytelling as the best marketing, but also because my soul needs this. I need creativity to keep going. If i stay too long in business mode without publishing art, stories, songs, dances, funny skits, I find no reason to wake up in the morning. Not to be dramatic, but I really only wanna be an artist 😂 Also, the timing IS ideal. because in my mess, I got lucky 🥰 I found a production team that felt right instantly. Love at first meeting. not only are they aligned with the docu-series concept, but with the end vision too. My daughter and I spent some time outside to test out our new sled. She asked me to record her now and again in a couple months to see her progress. She gave me permission to share a clip of her using the sled. This is what we call "Backyard PT." This is why we bought this sled. This is why we're doing everything we can for her. We've had many days of setbacks, but watching her push forward despite those setbacks and watching her progress has been very humbling. She wants to live. To think, just 8 months ago, we thought she was going to die. She weighed 85lbs. No body fat and barely any muscle mass. She couldn't see, couldn't chew food, her organs were damaged, her gut wasn't working, her hands were too shaky and weak to give herself insulin, she couldn't even hold a 2lb water bottle or a plate of food. She could barely get out of bed without help. She couldn't even safely walk around the house. She had multiple falls. One that split open her chin and knocked out a couple of teeth, and one that resulted in a broken tibia. She needed a wheelchair just to get around the house. Just 3 months ago, she was still using a wheelchair but gradually transitioned to a walker with a seat. Today, she still uses a walker for doctor's appointments or going to the store, and she sometimes uses it to get around the house if her BP is low. But, she now weighs 113lbs. When her BP is good, she can walk slowly around the house with no assistance. She just uses the walls, counters, and furniture for stability if she needs it. Even though her PCP wants her to continue going to PT, she has already used up the maximum amount that her insurance covers, so now she's doing PT at home. She puts 2.5lb-5lb weights around her ankles for when she walks around the house. She's been going outside and trying to workout with our weightlifting equipment. This week, we bought this sled as a way for her to strengthen her legs and calves while giving her something to hold for stability and reducing her risk of injury or falls. We have noticed that strengthening her legs and calves has been a big help with her hypotension issues. Day #1 has already shown us that this was a good purchase. The best thing about this sled is that we can all use it. It has resistance modes 1-3. The faster it's pushed, the more resistance it has. We can add weights to it. Up to 270lbs. It's easy to turn, especially for someone like her who needs to start off with something extremely light and easy to use. We had fun with this yesterday. I first took it up and down our street, about 1/2 mile, pushing as fast as I could on resistance #1. The faster I pushed and more force I used, the more resistance I felt. Then, I brought it to our backyard and went back and forth pushing hard on #3. Then, she came outside and we spent almost an hour taking turns going back and forth. She first used resistance #1, then tried switching it to #2. She could definitely feel the difference. I would say that she's now all set up for some good Backyard PT. It took 8 months to get here. I can't wait to see where she'll be at in another 8 months 💪

8 Months After She Died by Suicide… My Girlfriend Sent Me a Voice Note💔 I was 24, stuck in a tiny PG room in Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi — chasing the IAS dream like my life depended on it. My only reason to keep breathing was Rhea. She wasn’t just my girlfriend… she was the only person who still looked at me like I was already an officer when everyone else had written me off. One rainy night we made a private video. Stupid, careless, in love. Someone we trusted leaked it. Her conservative family went berserk. They snatched her phone, locked her in the house, and fixed her marriage within weeks. The last thing she managed to send me was a 47-second voice note at 2:17 AM, voice cracking: “Arjun… they’re taking me away tomorrow morning. I don’t think I can survive this. If anything happens to me… promise me one thing. Don’t stop living. Don’t let our love become your graveyard. Let me go. Live for both of us.” I thought she was just scared. I told her we’d fight it. I was wrong. Next morning… she was gone. Suicide. The pain hit like a truck. I dropped everything. Stopped studying. Stopped eating. My mother begged on calls. My father, who had sold half his land for my coaching, just went silent. I wanted to follow her. Eight months passed in darkness. Then, on what would have been her 25th birthday, my phone buzzed. Unknown number. A scheduled voice note — set to deliver months after she was gone. I pressed play with trembling hands. Her voice filled the room… calm, tired, but full of love: “Happy birthday to me, I guess… If you’re hearing this, it means I’m not here anymore. Arjun, I love you more than life itself. But I want you to have a life. Delete our chats. Burn my letters. Cry one last time… then let me go. Become the officer I always saw in you. Make me proud from wherever I am. I’m setting you free today.” I collapsed on the floor and cried like a child — loud, ugly, uncontrollable sobs — for the first time since her death. That night I did exactly what she asked. I deleted every photo. I burned every letter in the balcony. I let her go. And for the first time in almost a year… I felt light. I picked up my books again with a fire I never had before. Today, I’m an IRS officer. People ask me how I survived the darkest chapter of my life. I smile and say: “The purest form of love I ever received was the day she taught me how to let go.” If you’re carrying pain that feels heavier than you — heartbreak, betrayal, failure, family pressure, guilt, or thoughts you’re scared to admit — please listen to me: Let it go. Not because it didn’t matter. But because **you** still do. Save this. Share it with someone who’s breaking inside right now. ❤️ You are not alone. And sometimes the bravest thing you can do… is let go.

Pioneers Build Up Society Good Example Global Pioneers, how are you doing? Today is Saturday. I feel very good. From yesterday, I started to change my routine. I don’t use my phone as often, because if we always use the phone, we cannot focus on our daily life. From the monk’s teaching about mindfulness, starting from the morning, I began to practice this, and I feel very good. When I wake up, I have more time. I do massage, clean my home—daily cleaning—do laundry, work out, practice yoga and meditation, and I also have time with my daughter. We go outside together. Actually, outside is very cold. The weather is around 20 degrees centigrade right now. It is about 6:20–6:30 in the evening, and you can see it is very beautiful outside. What I want to share with you is that it is very important to manage our daily life and our priorities. Right now, we really need to focus on our current life, not always put all our time on the phone. For me, before, I spent most of my time on the phone. I read a lot of information, I wrote a lot, and I answered many questions in the groups. But now, you may notice I didn’t post much these two days. This is not because I don’t care. It is because I am busy with my daily life and also spending family time with my daughter. And I think this is what we should pay attention for all pioneers as a good family member and society good example. Because for our GCV community and the Pi Network community, we have many pioneers—10 million, 20 million, 30 million, 40 million, 50 million, 60 million, even 70 million right now. Every pioneer has their own daily life. So how should we think about Pi Network and GCV? As I said before, GCV has already succeeded. But right now, what everyone is waiting for is the Pi Network full open success. How can we reach that? Actually, the infrastructure is ready. The technology is ready. GCV is ready. So what is next? I believe the Core Team is still working on compliance and regulation. That part is their responsibility. But for our community, what is most important is unity. Pioneers need to calm down and be patient. If you can participate in building GCV value or the ecosystem, that is very great. If you cannot, it is still okay. Please focus on your daily life and keep yourself healthy and positive. Being healthy, being happy, and having a good relationship with your family is very important. When your family supports you, they support you as a pioneer. And if you do very well as a good example in your family, maybe they will also join as pioneers. This is very important, because in this way we also get support from society to support Pi Network. Right now our goal is Pi Network success soon and long term safety. If you can, please try to repost our educational information and our activities. We have many activities. We have very good pioneers, great ambassadors, and special envoys from many countries. They are doing a very amazing job. Please take some time to repost. But you don’t need to spend a long time on your phone. Just read the important information. As I said, it is not good to read too much information, because some information is fake and can make you confused. You don’t need to read a lot. For example, you can read my articles, Mr. Jojo's articles, and also information from Ms. Lumari, Ms. Donny Padaja, and Mr. Jason Wong. I think 20 minutes every day is enough. Then spend 10 minutes to repost. If we can do this, we can reach full open very fast. Pioneers will become calm and settled. There will be less negative energy in our community. Our community should be dynamic and positive, and that positive energy can accelerate our progress toward fully OM. When that happens, investors will have confidence in us. Please remember, we must have a long-term vision. Pioneers are people should have a long-term vision. This is not just about going to exchange market selling Pi in the market. This is not our destination. This is only a bridge to our destination. Please remember that. Now, it is dinner time for me. I need to have my dinner, and I hope everyone is enjoying your weekend. Please pay attention to your health—do some workout, meditation, maybe yoga because they can motivate you have good energy. Keeping healthy is very important, because we will have financial freedom in the future. You must have a good body to enjoy it, and also good relationships and a happy family to truly enjoy life. So it is very important to focus on your current life. Thank you so much. Have a nice day. Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷 Jan 31st 2026

This is about to be the most personal and honest advertisement that you have ever seen. For me, 2026 has been a pretty terrible year so far. It started with me breaking my thumb, my wrist and my leg. My leg needed metal plates, multiple screws and the tibia and fibula wired together. Sometime afterwards following the surgery I had a pulmonary embolism, blood clots travelling from my leg up to my lungs. It nearly took my life. This might sound strange but I have never been scared of death because I have always tried to live my life to its fullest. However now I'm a father, thinking of leaving my loved ones behind was truly terrifying. I was worried about all the things I didn't say yet, all the things I didn't teach. I made a recovery. I still have a way to go but I'm getting there, getting stronger and fitter by the day. It wasn't due to my health but I decided to make some good changes too. I stopped drinking, gave up smoking some time ago, barely touch sugar these days, eat a little more healthy than before along with more exercise. I was saving myself from depression. I was feeling good. Things were looking positive. Then after 8 years of working with a company, I got made redundant and lost my job. For most of my adult life I worked for some of the biggest companies in the world doing consultancy work, solving their core issues, managing departments, nuking and recreating processes ensuring they run efficiently. I had a choice. Keep working for companies selling things people don't need. Or do something different. Try to do something that genuinely helps people, that has a real and positive impact on the world, and at the same time work as hard as I have worked through all my life, but this time do it for myself, my family and for a good cause. I decided to create a company called HomeSafeEducation, and this is why and what we do. We teach children to read, to count, to pass exams. But we rarely teach them how to stay safe online, or teach them about body safety, or what to do if something does not feel right. These are some difficult topics when speaking to a child. We send teenagers into the world with qualifications but without the practical knowledge to navigate it confidently. We watch our parents age without ever having a conversation about scams, advance planning, or digital confidence. We offer a range of packages that provide people the means to gift something special to their families, themselves or the people they care about. Self protection, self confidence and the knowledge to make informed decisions at every stage of life. Whether this is for your young son, daughter, niece or nephew teaching them stranger danger or what to do in emergencies, teaching Street Smart information to teenagers, teaching your daughter how to be safe on nights out before leaving for university, or gifting a package to your friend before they go travelling so they can stay safe. You can gift to yourself to learn how to spot signs of issues that your children are experiencing or to learn how to communicate better with them and how to show understanding. Maybe you do it for a loved one reaching the later years in life to keep up with information to avoid being scammed. I built this platform because I wanted that knowledge to exist in one place, written properly, for every age group. Not watered down avoiding serious topics, but said in a way that's age appropriate and relevant so it can be taught to anyone. Not full of fear. Just honest, practical education that treats every person, whether they are five or seventy-five, as someone capable of learning and making good decisions. Every course is written to empower. Every lesson ends with something you can actually use. Every quiz reinforces what you or your loved ones have learned. Every song, for the packages that include them, is written and produced in-house because I believe learning should be memorable, not miserable. I have worked around the clock to create something special. A place where you can find information for your family, yourself or your friends. A place where that information can be easily learned and kept with them forever. I believe everyone reading this either needs this themselves or knows someone who does, and I invite you to come and take a look at what I have built. Go and take a look at the package page and see what we offer, check out the music and see how and what we teach. The rest of the music is genuinly extremely enjoyable. You can see some samples besides the packages. It was a big risk in deciding to go down this route, and it would mean the world to me if you could share this post to help me on my new venture. I have truly poured my heart into making this into something with real value for people. I hope you find this useful. You can find the website link in the comment below this post so you can go and take a look.

Watch this Channel 9 footage of what happened in Blacktown on Saturday. Hundreds of cars snaking down Flushcombe Road. Families pulling in with near-empty tanks. Mums, dads, tradies, pensioners — all just trying to get through another week. And for one day, petrol wasn’t $1.80 or $2 a litre… it was 78 cents. I took $10,000 of the electoral funding the AEC gave me and put it straight behind the bar at Blacktown Metro. Every cent went back to the people who paid it in the first place. No middlemen. No photo ops for the major parties. Just real relief for the people of McMahon who are getting absolutely smashed by this ‘cost-of-everything’ disaster. I was there from start to finish. I filled tanks, I pushed Craig’s car up the hill when he ran out of fuel waiting in the queue, I listened to story after story from people who are doing it tough. One bloke told me he’s been skipping meals so his kids can eat. A young mum said filling the car used to be her biggest weekly stress — yesterday, it wasn’t. That’s what giving the money back looks like. Meanwhile, Anthony Albanese is out there claiming Labor has been “focused every day on helping with the cost of living.” Chris Bowen, who’s supposed to represent this seat, dug up a 12-month-old photo trying to pretend he cares about Blacktown. Mate, if you cared, you would’ve done something before families were choosing between fuel and food. This is the same government that’s given us 25%+ electricity price hikes and fuel prices that have jumped 24% in a year. They lecture us about the “transition” while ordinary Australians pay the price. Seats like McMahon — outer suburban, working people, the backbone of this country — cop it the worst. And the major parties treat us like we don’t exist until election time. I’m not a career politician. I’m a businessman who’s sick of watching Australia get run into the ground. That’s why I’m stepping up as an Independent voice for McMahon. I took the full $32,000 AEC funding I was entitled to and I’m giving every dollar straight back to the community — $10k on fuel yesterday, and the rest through proper community grants that local groups can actually use. Because this money isn’t mine. It’s yours. Fuel should be 78 cents a litre every single day, not just for one Saturday when a private citizen decides to do something about it. We used to make our own fuel. We used to have cheap, reliable energy. We used to have a country that worked for the people who built it. If you’ve had enough of the spin, enough of the cost-of-everything going up, enough of politicians who promise but never deliver — what do you think needs to happen next? Would you rather see more direct action like this or just keep waiting for the majors to fix it? What’s one thing the government could do tomorrow that would actually help families? Drop your own stories from the weekend (or any week) in the comments — I read every single one. And if you believe it’s time to fix Australia, hit repost and spread the word. We can do better. We must do better. I just want Australia back.

Today my power wheelchair hit 15,000 km. Almost every one of those kilometres had a Rottweiler beside it. Losing my legs meant relearning everything. And it was and still is, hard. Opening a door and getting through it. Getting out of bed at 3 a.m. to pee. Even getting into bed. I am eternally grateful a Rottweiler was there for all of it. Kuno, a huge dog with a massive heart, taught me how to live this life. Without him I am fairly certain I would have stayed in bed, stared at the TV, and hated the world. Instead he got me outside, and we learned how to navigate a community built when people like me were expected to live in institutions. Those kilometres were full of firsts. First grocery shop with no help. First time stuck in a couple inches of snow. First time I could not get into a business because they chose an inaccessible location. First time I trained a puppy from a wheelchair. I was painfully self-conscious those first years. The pity smiles. The awkward questions. The stranger in the grocery store who asked to lay hands on me and pray. I coped by getting better at dog training. Kuno and I put a ridiculous number of miles on together. We took classes and found mentors. I learned to drive with hand controls, then bought a used accessible van so we could travel. This wheelchair has rolled all over the prairies when we've completed in Rally Obedience trials. We played in parks in the sun. Trained in the underground parking when it snowed. We gave presentations on service dogs, accessibility, and disability at community groups, schools, and post-secondary institutions. We challenged the city on multiple issues and became the unofficial accessibility watchdog team. At Christmas we raised funds for charities. More importantly, except for a couple of brutal weather days when I had to call emergency dog-walking help, we were out in the community being active. A lot of those kilometres were spent training very specific work: backing in a perfect heel, spins, pivoting beside the chair, even pivots with the dog in front facing me. We got so good it almost became a dance. He walked beside me the first time I rolled down the sidewalk in this chair. I rolled beside him on the last steps he took before he passed away. A few years ago Chesnyy joined the household and the kilometres started adding up faster. We started working with a government-qualified service dog organization and now we teach some of their classes. Last year Chesnyy and I moved into an accessible house with my best friend, and another Rottweiler puppy arrived. There are still a lot of walks left. Winter is still highly inaccessible. After 15,000 km the challenges have shifted. Many barriers are still there and we will keep tackling them. I am more confident now. It took a lot of work, but I have proven myself in the dog training community. I still miss things I can no longer do, but I have accepted this disability and I am trying to live my best life. The bigger fight now is pain. Chronic pain is not new. It was an issue before amputation. Phantom pain no longer surprises me. My shoulders hurts tremendously from transferring and lifting from a seated position. My back aches from sitting. And yes, my butt hurts. Pain makes motivation really hard. The dogs help with that. On the days when I just want to give up, wet noses nudge me on. 15,000 km is a lot for a power chair. I got this one in the fall of 2020. Techs are always shocked at the mileage. They typically see about 5,000 km over the life of a chair. This one will probably need replacing in the next year or so. Thankfully there is some government funding but they only fund base models. Good chairs that are easier on the body and actually work well cost a lot more. A full-time power wheelchair in Canada often starts around $15,000. Add tilt to help prevent pressure sores and you can easily add another $10,000. When you live in the chair it has to be customized. One of the hardest parts of disability is the cost. I am fortunate to have a consistent disability income that covers monthly bills but I don't have extended medical insurance to get upgraded equipment. Prescriptions, physical therapy, and a lot of disability related equipment is all out of pocket. I am not asking for money. I just want people to understand that power mobility is ridiculously expensive, and that a couple of giant-hearted Rottweilers made 15,000 km possible. Today I took the chair off the pavement and did a little 4x4ing so the dogs could run off-leash on a beautiful summer day. Watching them play, I thought about every hard kilometre that got us here. That still makes my heart smile. ❤️🐾❤️ Admin

BARTHTANRAK HEARTS DESIRE #TicketToHeavenEP3 After rewatching this specific scene, I just need to scream about how incredibly gentle, nuanced, and soft their dynamic is? First of all, can we talk about how Tanrak is honestly so easy to coax? The second Barth tells him that he is asking because he genuinely cares about how he feels, Tanrak’s entire demeanor softens. You can literally see the tension leave his body just knowing that his feelings carry weight with Barth. But it got me thinking about the exact nature of the jealousy here. I was initially torn between two theories about what Barth is actually thinking: 1. Barth knows Tanrak is jealous of him being close to Cherry because he’s aware Tanrak has special feelings for him. 2. Barth thinks Tanrak likes Cherry, and assumes Tanrak is jealous because Cherry is getting close to Barth instead. Honestly, both make sense on the surface, but when you look at the flow of the conversation, Reason 1 absolutely takes the win. When Barth sits up and says, "I'm asking you because if you don't want me to do it, I won't," he is putting all the power into Tanrak’s hands. If Barth thought Tanrak just liked Cherry, he would probably back off to let Tanrak pursue her. Instead, Barth directly centers the decision around Tanrak's comfort level with him. He is essentially saying, "Your comfort matters more to me than this play." He knows exactly who Tanrak is actually looking at. At the same time, instead of forcing Tanrak to explain why he’s so bothered or demanding a confession he clearly isn't ready to give, Barth just meets Tanrak right where he is. He doesn't press him for answers; he just gives him the exact reassurance and physical comfort he needs to stop overthinking. And then... the ending of this scene. Oh my god. 😭 The whole "lying flat" sequence where Tanrak tries to hide his face and says, "this is how normal looks like," followed by Barth’s gentle insistence to just look at him? And that nose touch?! It was absolutely devastating. It’s such a classic, intimate gesture of pure fondness and comfort. It’s Barth’s silent way of saying, "I see right through you, and I’ve got you." Beyond the writing, we absolutely have to praise the actors because their acting here is a masterclass in subtlety. Fourth does an incredible job with his micro-expressions. The way he initially avoids eye contact, staring blankly upward to shield himself, shows a boy trying desperately to lock his feelings away. But the moment Barth starts coaxing him, you can see the exact shift in his eyes—the way his guard completely drops, melting into pure vulnerability. He portrays that quiet longing and internal conflict so beautifully without needing loud dialogue. And Gemini is just phenomenal at shifting the tone. He anchors the entire scene with his grounding presence. The way he delivers his lines with that low, soft, conversational whisper makes the moment feel so entirely private and sacred. He plays Barth with this effortless emotional maturity—the gentle tilt of his head, the warm, knowing smile, and the absolute tenderness in his hand movement as he reaches for Tanrak’s nose. GeminiFourth have this natural, unforced rhythm together where they aren't just reading lines; they are completely reacting to each other's energy. It’s their acting that takes a simple conversation on a bunk bed and turns it into something that feels so deeply intimate and real. Their interactions are just so incredibly gentle and tender. There is absolutely nothing "bro-bro" about the way they look at each other. They are completely rewriting the rules of their dynamic right here, and I am not surviving it! 🫠✨ #.GeminiFourth #.เจมีไนน์โฟร์ท #.Gemini_NT #.Fourthnattawat
