Twitch streamer crashed his car after using phone while driving

Clearly the Streamers fault. Don’t use your phone while driving, you won’t “get hit” by cars you pull out in front of.

You can't switch lanes without signaling on coming traffic. Unfortunately, he will be at fault for the accident as it is clear he was in the left lane trying to merge to the right without warning. This is why you always signal even if you don't see any vehicles behind you.
