Two airline passengers thought they had found the ultimate travel hack. After boarding, they allegedly moved into seats that weren't assigned to them, started drinking, and then refused repeated requests from the flight crew to return to their original seats. Police were called. An officer gave them one final... choice: leave the plane voluntarily or the entire aircraft would be deplaned and they could be arrested for trespassing. They refused. Every passenger was forced off the plane. The flight was delayed. Police returned, handcuffed the pair, and escorted them off the aircraft in front of everyone. The remaining customers on the flight should be able to get the full information of the problem passengers and have the right to sue them for any and all expenses of missing connection and delays.. this would help make people accountable for being STUPID !!

Put on permanent do not fly list. That should be standard practice. A law that says if you delay the flight, every person is entitled to file a $1000 claim against you. A deadline is set. Once all the passengers where sign up or at deadline the suit goes to court. They pay or have wages garnished. Problem solved.

There needs to be federal legislation passed that when people do something like this or interfering with the operation of the flight or aircraft. They’re automatically and permanently put on the FAA no fly list…..

The absolute audacity to watch every single passenger get forced off the plane, knowing it’s 100% your fault, and still sit there like you’re waiting for the inflight movie to start is wild. If you force a full deboard without an involuntary emergency, you should be put on a no-fly list for at least 2-10 years.

No need to deplane. Just drag them off the plane and drop them on their heads so the plane can get going. If any passenger is bruised or scratched on the way out, add that to the felony charges.

You know what would stop this probably a great deal is if the airlines would issue a never fly order to any passenger that’s kicked off of one of their airplanes. I mean, if you can’t follow the airlines basic reasonable rules to an extent where they have to call a police officer to have you removed from their asset. Then, why in the hell should you ever be allowed to fly on that companies airplane again? Why they start banning these people for life on their airlines. That will carry a lot more consideration. They need to be charged for the time wasted of every passenger, pilot and staff. Let’s say 100 an hour. That should be the charge. If they can’t pay it back they can work it off in jail till they can pay it back. Very simple

Place on the NoFly list. This would eliminate a lot of this behavior. I remember flying a 70 minute flight during Covid ( Spirit). The attendant was taking no nonsense and announced if you do not wear your mask as instructed we will be returning to the gate, you may ( or will?) be placed on the NoFly List. There were no issues on that flight.
