Two arrested at protest outside proposed direct provision centre in Ballybrack, Dublin.

I’ve seen videos of the guards running away from violent people in recent months. I do not condone violence in any form, however, it looks like the guards are not protecting their own people, they seem to be turning on them ?

Cromwell would be proud! Heinous crimes being carried out around the country- cases where no one has been arrested! Yet when people peacefully stand up to the second plantation of Ireland and for the safety of their area they are arrested!! It’s some country we are living in!!

The # of Garda here when none are on the streets? I don’t know the reasons why they are charging these two. What I do know is that @FergusPower1 has attended numerous events I have hosted and is always peaceful, well mannered and supportive. Mcentee and Harris are in bother

I’m flabbergasted to see so many police at once ! Where did they all come from? I’m sure the US Security who warned tourists about visiting totalitarian, dangerous Dublin will be relieved to see ordinary citizens arrested .. by 20 policemen..🤔 @HMcEntee

Instead of arresting the criminals entering the country illegally, they arrest the Irish citizens in their own country for protesting against these criminals.. 😞

I can’t understand the logic behind vehemently attacking and arresting innocent civilians for peaceful protesting. @FergusPower1 did nothing wrong to be treated this way. Praying for him and his family. Disgusted. How is this justice @gardainfo @GardaTraffic
