On June 22, the United States signed one executive order to build a quantum computer and, the same day, another to defend against what a quantum computer can do. The first establishes a national effort to build a machine powerful enough to open a new era of scientific discovery, delivered to a Department of Energy lab. The second orders an accelerated national migration to post-quantum cryptography, because the same physics that makes the machine useful makes today's encryption breakable. Read the two orders against each other and the asymmetry is the entire story. The order to build the machine sets no delivery date and is explicitly subject to the availability of appropriations. The order to defend the data sets hard deadlines: a migration pilot due December 31, 2027, and high-value systems moved to post-quantum cryptography by 2030 and 2031. The machine is a national aspiration. The migration is a national deadline. This is the part almost no one is pricing. To finish the series: - Deterministic chain-seeded genetic computation. We ran a chain-seeded genetic optimiser for 32 generations and proved every single step in zero-knowledge, then folded all 32 proofs into one. The whole lineage verifies on Kaspa in a single transaction, post-quantum. You can open the tx and check it yourself. What it is: a tiny program, an evolutionary search over a 16-value genome , that mutates and selects for a lower-cost circuit design, seeded by the Kaspa chain. Over 32 generations it drove its target circuit's scored constraint count down (best target ~72 → ~50; trending down, though it's a sawtooth it rotates through three circuit types). The part that matters: every one of those 32 steps ran inside a zero-knowledge VM and was proven correct a step that didn't compute correctly simply won't verify. Then all 32 step-proofs were folded into ONE. That proof is 222 KB exactly the size of a single step, and it stays that size no matter how many generations you add. (The catch, stated plainly: folding more generations costs the prover more time; only the final proof size is constant.) Kaspa verified the entire 32-generation lineage in one transaction: 7504fa32f74aa028301290299276a707cf98ffc2766b1be0daed4c5c41883f15. Flip a single byte of the proof and the network rejects it, we tried; it's rejected. Two Rajasthan Tigers Reached Kuno. Both Have Now Vanished. A tiger from Rajasthan’s Ranthambore RBT-2512 used a corridor, completed a short journey, crossed the Chambal and Parvati rivers, and reached the Kuno landscape in February 2026. From there this tiger was directly sighted by tourists two or three times during safari in the Tiktoli area of Kuno National Park. The entire world knows that this Ranthambore tiger is present in Kuno. Separately, another tiger from Karauli crossed the Chambal river and reached the Kuno landscape in Morena district in April 2026. Both tigers have now vanished from this landscape. Some questions in my mind urgently need answers: 1. Is there still any evidence of these tigers’ presence? 2. Is the protection of Rajasthan’s tigers not the responsibility of Madhya Pradesh? 3. Have these tigers been poached by some hunter? 4. Has the Rajasthan Forest Department coordinated with the Kuno forest administration on this matter? Rajasthan received two tigresses relocated from Madhya Pradesh. Meanwhile, two tigers naturally moved from Rajasthan into Madhya Pradesh at the beginning of this year. When those people relocated the tigresses, they imposed a full protocol. Rajasthan has put in place tight, foolproof security arrangements for those tigresses. Madhya Pradesh Forest Department, however, does not appear to have made any such airtight protection arrangements. The Rajasthan government must demand serious answers from the Madhya Pradesh government on this issue.
