Umbilical hernia secondary to increased intra-abdominal pressure in a patient with chronic liver disease and ascites.

Umbilical hernia + ascites due to chronic liver disease (cirrhosis).

A large reducible umbilical hernia with stretched, shiny skin in a patient with significant ascites. This combination is commonly seen in advanced chronic liver disease with portal hypertension and increased intra-abdominal pressure. 🩺
