Two dozen drivers found their car windows smashed in a San Francisco parking lot. It's not clear when the break-ins happened, but one car owner had their leather seats ripped up, and multiple others had items stolen. We have not heard back from SFPD on this situation.

When they got back they see that their car had a boot on it and they are claiming they went over their parking time limit.
